TOPIC: Just scheduled my procedure

After pouring over the boards and doing some other research, I finally pulled the trigger and scheduled my procedure for January 6. I'm very excited and nervous at the idea of a needle(s) getting stuck into my penis. I also will be doing botox to prevent post-op retraction.

So how painful is the anesthesia portion of the procedure? I'm kind of squeemish about needles to begin with so I just want to know if I need to be downing some xanax before.

Congrats Bernadil! I'll be there the day after you doing the exact same thing including the Botox. As for needles in the penis, I've actually had a bit of experience with this as I have done the PRFM shots before. It really isn't that bad. A little pain at the first poke, but then nothing. I did two rounds, so the first one didn't scare me off. I'm sure the other guys that have gone through the PMMA can chime in, but it sounds like they take care of you pretty well.

why are you getting botox on your penis for? Is it possible to inject botox into your scrotum to prevent it from tightening so much?

@ bernadil its no worse than needles anywere else and they start at the base before the penis so the penis will be numb when they shoot there.

I've taken xanax before the procedure and it only helped so much. I'm pretty bad with needles and I think I overreacted needlessly. Looking back on it, it really wasn't that bad at all. Once you're numb, it's pretty easy.

Will you get the botox at the same time?how will that work does it not need to be done days before PMMA?

I was wondering about the botox timing too. I've done it in my face and it takes about 2-3 days to take effect. I plan on wrapping and massaging a lot in those first few days until the botox kicks in. I would think that anything that will prevent retraction for 3-4 months after each PMMA injection might help prevent any major irregularities from forming.
And for the other rounds, I'll still have the botox in me if I'm scheduling it for 0, 2, and 4 months which is my plan. I'll probably do a another round of botox in the third round as well.

botox is very quick and shot with insulin needles and it hurts like a motherfucker in certain areas because they dont numb it... its quick though... i really like my hang since i've gotten the botox..

@swampman, does the Flaccid hang better or just the testicles/scrotum?

Thanks Swampman. I actually inject myself with botox in the face every four months with the tiniest insulin needles possible. For the most part its ok. Every once in a while, I hit a spot that yes hurts like a MF. I'm hoping the injections in the penis and scrotum will be more on the easy side. I'm also hoping to get Dr. C to show me where to inject the botox down there so I can start doing that for myself when needed after I'm done with the PMMA. (I'm a doctor btw, in case anyone was wondering who would be injecting themselves).

Best of luck Bernadil! Don't fret the procedure. It's really not that bad. Also, when you're done and you see how big your are... you won't give a sh*t! For me, the layovers and long flight(s) were the worst part. Not being able to see my kids sucked but FaceTime helped a little. It's so buggy but better than nothing. I was at least able to say prayers and tell them I love them. You'll be fine! Promise.

Good idea about the use of botox, can be an enabler to ensure good distribution of PMMA.
I do not know if any clinic offers this type of combo Botox before the PMMA.
In Brazil even without the regulatory bodies have approved the use of Botox in the penis are already doing some clinical applications, but only to avoid shrinkage in the flaccid state, as seen in this study.

Hi EP.

Everything is going great. I started out at 5.0 and I'm currently 5.5" with a little more Girth from the middle to the glans. A few small areas of lumpiness on the left mid shaft but really nothing that I'm bothered by. I'm not sure where my low point will be and if I'll gain or loose from here. After the procedure for the first 5 days my penis looked like a weird water balloon. You could feel the liquid under the skin and of course the Girth was crazy big. The liquid feeling is completely gone at this point. Erection quality is great, maybe better than before because I'm excited it's bigger.

I'm very pleased at this point. I have round two scheduled for march 2ndand I'll probably just start evening everything out with this one and then do touch ups with round three. I'd be happy with 5.75 Girth sinceim not that long (6") and my glans are small.

Botox really helped my Balls drop and they don't really scrunch up like they used to.

So far so good.

Yesterday and this morning my penis is itching a little especially toward the glans. Anyone else have this and does this signify the collagen growing? I'm 11 days today.

Is Bernadil the first member to get his Balls injected with botox so far?
