But his Erect gains came before he had surgery.

I think I got all of my gains despite the lengthening surgery. The lengthening surgery gave me a Flaccid gain and I also now think that when my junk is 90 degrees out or lower I have more length then during a normal straight up Erection. When I f23k at that angle my partner gets my max gain. Sounds crazy but seriously, if I measure my junk Hanging slightly lower then 90 degrees straight out, it is longer. So that would mean the lig cut does make you longer, just not when you are in a stand up Erection. I've found some positions that amplify this angle and the results are amazing. But again, Girth is king, and despite wanting to be 12 inches long, I am happy being 7" around Life is good!

I'm strongly considering R4 in October. It would be nice to let Dr C take a look and discuss the few nodules that I have, and maybe enhance the overall look with some well placed PMMA. Also thinking I might want some additional Girth There are a few veterans that have done four rounds or more. I welcome your comments thoughts on that much filler in your junk.

There's been an uptick in the silicone micro-droplet trend with Dr. C... may be more ideal for correcting smaller areas that PMMA hasn't been successful in.

While I can't say I'd recommend a Round 4 (it would make a hypocrite lol), I would insist on retiring now, or AT THE LATEST, after a 4th round. Good luck!

I must be way out of date on the latest procedures. Have not heard about the silicone treatment but will definitely do some research. Is that stuff safe now? I'm really happy with the PMMA and will research but not sure I want to change horses at this point in the game. R4 seems logical. I don't need much more size. A few girls have handled me with no problem but one girl needed a stitch and another, who stayed with me for a year despite obvious major differences in life, etc, said the first time we were together she felt sharp jolts of pain as I penetrated her. She told me later on numerous occasions that I was the best lover she had ever had.... lol So maybe a little bit bigger but really want the Dr to give me a thorough exam and clean up any problem areas. This should definitely be the last visit!!! Maybe..

I would be very wary of letting the Dr inject any liquid silicone. Even in small quantities it is not safe.

Can I ask how you gained 1.25" EL and how long it took ? Impressive !

And you really responded to the PMMA. I don't think any recent patients see your type of gains.

The length gains took a long time. You can find details in the beginning of this thread. I will definitely not do silicon or any other filler until I've done a ton of research. But I'm very happy with my PMMA.

What is the current price for an additional procedure from Dr C? Haven't contacted the office yet but budget planning. Also, any success with Removal or correction of hard lump Removal? Thanks.

Dr c is no longer the affordable doc.. Which is a shame and the train his procedure was more attractive in the first place. And the fact that it's less invasive surgery. But I hope someone can come in to undercut him to teach him a lesson. I'm all for capitalism but don't charge double on a procedure just because you can. He wouldn't have most of his PMMA patients if it wasn't for this site. I'm really hoping someone else step up with better pricing. Hopefully they're reading this and decide to do so.

It was just a few years ago when all Dr c treatments were just 1500.00 with the new plastic PMMA - best brand to date. Guys gained more and had fewer complications. He did not have to use silicone to smooth things out either. And it seems like Dr N has not had any patients as of late. Perhaps camacho will offer some competition.

price increases while the results decrease. its getting ridiculous. he cant expect people to spend big bucks on a procedure that is becoming more and more less predictable.

I don't think he's doing PMMA anymore, as I heard he'd had some problems with it. But as it happens his prices were more than Dr C's, as Dan Salas had to take his cut. It says on his website that he doesn't do PMMA, though one member claims that has always been there. However, I'm pretty sure he's either finished with it or is only still doing it until Dan and Chad can find a new Dr, who will probably be even less experienced and thus suitable than Dr Comacho was. But email Dr Comacho's office and ask if he still does PMMA.
