It took all of it but looking back think I could have done it in 2-3 years with the lig cut surgery and non stop use of the X4 extender supplemented with some Hanging. I'm thinking my collagen started but it seems too early. Have done nothing to stress it so it's definitely all internal. Regardless, I'm happy to report a solid 6.5" MSEG with a tight tape at 10 days post op. Christmas come early! I have been PE after lig cut dedicatedly for 3 months now, and have gained 0.35 inches, but the Erection angle went from straight up to 2-3 o'clock angle. I don't mind it, but hope if I gain an Inch or more, it wouldn't drop much lower. I don't think the implant has an effect on what you can gain length wise other than the fact that it gets harder to find something you can attach due to the Girth increase. Just be careful - the slow conservative approach is the only way to go.
