TOPIC: Nueknob's Implant removal

Did you both decide to get the implant based on what you'd read on MyNewSize? I had a thought today about a possible way you could get to Elist through the legal system, but it's a long shot.

I feel you bro..........Elist is a liar & coward & gives everyone the run around. He constantly tries to make the patient seem like everything is going well when its not. If any of the lawyers I had talked to taken my case, I would have taken him to the cleaners..........plus, he inserted the implant in me through my penis, he didnt make an incision in the pubic area.........thats right, I have the mark on top of my penis going down to the middle of my penis where he inserted the implant......
Where on his site did he mention this method? No where & eve the forms I signed im sure doesnt state this either so he was up shit creek with me if I only could have gotten a lawyer to take my case................

Yes, that where I first saw about the implant, on mynewsize............we were all pioneers in trying this method & there were quite a few shills on there selling the product........

I imagine everyone who has the implant signs a waiver allowing only mediation in the event of a lawsuit. I had male breast reduction last August and had to sign away my right to a jury malpractice trial.No cosmetic surgeon is going to operate on anybody without one. The good news is mediation can result in a quicker malpractice claim being settled. I would take the forms to an attorney and see what avenues would be best. Best of luck.

I went to dr elist for possible scrotal web reduction. He said I had to be Circumcised in order to get the webbing reduced. I found out Circumcision was not necessary. He just tried to make a quick couple grand off of me by saying I needed it. Im sure he has told u guys u needed to get Circumcised in order to go thru with surgery. Incompent dr!

Dr Elist is a complete criminal........he probably talked to a lawyer before starting his penile surgeries for enhancement to cover his ass........im sure there is a way that he can be beat in court or otherwise.

Not to sidetrack but, could there be any reason to require Circumcision in order to perform a scrotal web reduction? Pardon my ignorance, but I don't see the physiological/medical need for that... maybe someone can enlighten us as to why Dr. Elist would have suggested the need for this?

I had to pay Elist $2500.00 to be Circumcised because he told me he could not proceed with the implant uncircumcised yet his website clearly shows men having had the procedure done uncircumcised.I know Beverly Hill is not far from Hollywood but fuck me is Elist trying to make a name for him self to get in the next Batman film as a bag guy!! I had the implant put in & im uncircumcised.............he told me I would get better results with Circumcision but I declined.
I have a question for everyone:
I have scar tissue on the top of my shaft & several other places on the penis.......I was wondering if I went & got corrective surgery possibly with Dr Guinta, could I get back any of my original length with stretching of the correction?

First off, he inserted the implant from my penis by slicing open the top shaft around the pubic bone & half way down the front of my penis........that how he implanted my penis. He never cut anything in the pubic area until he removed it.......I think I was the only one he ever did it this way to & no where on his site does he say this may be a method to be performed as......
Can you believe he had the Balls to tell me that he wanted me to come back & get another implant in after I healed up......
There is scar tissue from top of my shaft near the pubic bone down half way my penis & it feels like a little rope, that to me is massive scar tissue & that it what is holding back my length I believe.
