I do plan on having the surgery next year when I save up enough.
I read about those with less than 5 inches and they gain both length and Girth.
Then i read about those with 6+ inches and they lose length and gain Girth.
Personally for me what this guy got with the implant.
Being able to have sex, give orgasms, getting confidence, and the price of a little pain is worth it.

It baffles me why people choose the Elist implant, like if your going to take every procedure at face value (as advertised) why on earth would you pick the Elist implant over PLGA Scaffolds, which is theoretically perfect, strange.

It's not guaranteed to make you smaller! Every procedure is not right for every size, shape, and situation.
The gains from someone 4-5 inches in length is documented at 1/2 to 1 Inch max.
I know that i will probably only get 1/2 Inch in length. The Girth will be the biggest plus I believe.
An almost Erect penis when in a Flaccid state would be awesome. As it is i would never take my clothes off in a men's shower.
