Hello guys I am new, well I haven't been on for a while but I wanted to add that I had the implant put in by Elist back in Apr 2010 and had complications which involved a serious bulge that almost caused my skin to split. I had to go through pain for 6 months before having it removed due to money issues. Since then I've lost about 3/4" and have serious curvature and even worse if I do bone pressed and bad scar tissue. I've also had hard time getting erections I believe due to depression. Well the reason I am here is because I have contacted a lawyer and I would like for others that feel how I do to please inbox me if you would like to take action with me. The lawyer told me the more people that go after him as a group the better chances we have at nailing this dirtbag that has messed up our lives.

I Just Received an email from dr elist. this is what he said:

Good opinion. You should become a marketing professional..maybe you are already.
It is what it is. Everybody has got a free opinion; with every kind of surgery there are risks associated...and compared to successful surgeries, the failure rate is minimal...but who talks about having had his penis enlarged and admits having had a small size before?! would you in public?
What remains are those that had unfortunately something going wrong and a Removal..they are ready to go and post stuff..as you've mentioned...and with Dr. Elist as the only one performing the surgery, of course the focus is very concentrated on one person...would not be the same if many would perform the procedure....
Have you ever asked yourself why his implant has an FDA approval, but fat injection is banned by the American Urology Association, AlloDerm is not approved, and PMMA is done in Mexico only?...BTW, if you are thinking about PMMA, you should hurry...there are rumors that the doctor in Mexico is having a hard time getting supplies from Brazil. Before you do so, do a thorough research and see what risks they are associated with. Just a friendly suggestion...
No matter what, do not expect me to defend anything...I definitely wont.... with an uncertain mind and a negative attitude, you definitely should forget about the surgery even if it is offered to you for free...better stick with anything else out there.


And that is an honest opinion.

Does he not realize that of the many guys who announced they were having the implant on message boards before they did it and then documented their progress, virtually 100% have had it removed. I can't think of a single guy left from the MNS days who still have the implant in them. 100% failure among a reasonably large sample size, isn't minimal. It's insane. So it isn't just a case of those who have them removed posting.

Also he doesn't have FDA approval. He just means the silicone itself is FDA approved. Alloderm has as much FDA approval as his implant. Fat and Dermal Grafts don't need approval.

Also the American Urology Association can't ban fat transfers. They say it hasn't been shown to be safe, but they also say that about lig cutting, something Dr Elist has done himself many times. So if he's holds their opinion in such high esteem, to the point where he thinks their opinion is equal to a ban, then why did he perform so many lig cuts? He only stopped doing it recently in conjuncture with the implant, as it was pointless due the fact the implant caused such retraction.

Also why one earth would a Dr have trouble getting supplies from Brazil? I could order Metacril tomorrow if I wanted. And where exactly would he hear these "rumours".

The guy is a liar, plain and simple.

"No matter what, don't expect me to defend anything". Classic. As Hoddle so rightfully pointed out, as far as documented cases on this board go (throughout the whole process, not just members who gravitated here when complications arose), the complication rate is basically 100%. That's ridiculous. And the only reason there has not been more of an uproar is because most of these men would rather suffer in silence then to be humiliated in public.
Could you ask the doctor in your email exchange, what his complication rate is? I would be curios what he would have to say.

I think there should be a lawsuit brought against Dr Elist & I would be willing to go public & humiliate this man as he humiliated us..........I know for a fact that he didnt place an implant into anyone else as far as I know through the penis by cutting an incision on top of the penis & not cutting an incision in the pubic area as advertised.

He should have not continued with the surgery on me & just said, I thought I could have cut in the pubic area but for some reason, I thought there would be a problem, hence I decided not to do the surgery.......I could have definitely lived with that. The doctor is a butcher & doesnt give a crap about the patient. I coudnt believe the instruction on the papers of having sex within 4 weeks after receiving the implant, he must be crazy!

He definitely has to be stopped from performing these surgeries & everyone should get together & sue him, we would close him down. He like a serial killer but what he kills are the mens emotional health & their physical penis & like a serial killer, he doesnt have a soul that cares for anyone.

Well I was actually considering getting one of these implants until I heard all your guys story's wow that's crazy and I can relate to you guys on doctors and there lies, I'm been going through some health issues ( hormonal, penile, and pelvic/perineal and these doctors tell so many lies its just absurd

Hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist wacko or anything though part of me believes modern medicine is nothing more then a big scam

and to reiterate what exactly is so wrong about this implant? the feeling, does it hurt, it doesn't work, in a few short words someone explain to me why I should not get this implant, the size what ?
