 That sounds like a good idea. Several guys have chosen to go with a slight taper, others have gone with a more definite and distinct taper. If you are trying to stay in proportion to your glans, even with glanular enlargement, I believe at least some sort of gradation in size from glans to base will be needed. I say this because any glanular enlargement technique will not produce the same Girth gains that the shaft exeriences. I wish (really, really wish) it would, but I just don't think the anatomy of the glans will allow for such massive increases in Girth. Plus, you don't want to end up with your guy looking like a fat kid in a turtleneck.

THanks for your posts HC, i think i'll go for lengthening and Girth enhancement for the moment keeping good aesthetics and proportions even if that demands multiple trips to tj. glans aug can wait.

let's see how swampman did. hopefully everyting went smooth. let's wait for his posts
