TOPIC: The Mustang Saga: Elist Silicone Implant , PRFM, PMMA and then???

There are some areas not easily seen in that picture that need filling but not for extra Girth. The base has a big empty area also that needs filling. The look and the function of the tapered look is something that I like and works great for me and the ladies.

I had a video of myself and my lady, and it seems with 100% EQ and when in action, the glans are bigger than you see here and the shaft shows more dips and irregularities....We will see how it goes later on as it continues to loose some more Girth.

Wow great read Mustang, I got hope again. I was on a couple of forums some years back, I had to enlargmente surgeries one alloderm and one dermal graft on top of it, plus a Repair as the dermal graft had a hair left in it and caused a huge lump. am
I am wondering if you can get this surgery on top of the others?
I am about 6&1.4 Girth and would like a little more than 6&1/2 but am more interested in seeing if it can smoot out the appearance after the Removal of that Nodule it left a hole appearance on the left side.
Also what is the stretcher your using under your pants? I lost about 3/4 length in all these procedures and if I could get that back I think I would gain some confidence I am back to 5 Inch length.. I hope its ok to post this in this thread.

I am using a cheap stertcher, you can see it in one of the pix in my thread. It holds on to the glans and it straps to one's leg....It slips off too often thu so it is not the best...

How come you like the tapered look and function?

The feeling is great for me inside a woman, also women love the expansion and retraction it creates, I am told by some of them. Also, if she is too small, then I can use the front couple of inches only. The taper also allows even a small girl to take it slowly where as a thick cylinderical penis wil not function this way...Also, at this point there is no sure way of increasing the glans, which I would like to do (a minor increase) once we have that option but of course I will keep the tapered look.

Thanks so much for your detailed info over the last year. It is invaluable as i'm looking into PE as well now. I travel about every 3 months to San Diego and TJ anyway so this might work out well though it looks like i'll wait to see if the latest injectible material is worthwhile. A couple of questions for you with the injections: Is your sensitivity the same, better or worse? Is there any problem with orgasm like you had with the implant? and do you have any trouble getting an Erection whenever the time is right, a women or self pleasure? The sensitivity is the same with PMMA. No problems with orgasms as I had had with the stupid silicone implant. There is still minor pain and discomfort near the glans area as has been reported by a few PMMA guys on this site. I do have a poor EQ without a beautiful woman around but that has to do with the previous silicone implant scar tissue damage and of course some what due to age...

Looks great Mustang. So Dr.C is capable of evening out or removing the nodules that you described? I'm very interested in knowing because I didn't have that option with my crappy doc.

This is kind of an update and a reflection of "MY" experience with PMMA. To sum it up briefly, I have had three sessions of PMMA months after my bad experience with the elist silicone non FDA approved horrible implant.

So far the gains from the last session have been pretty much on target and 7 months later they have not diminished as far as I can see.

As some of you know, especially Messagman, I travel a lot and have a few ladies around with benefits.

I have made the decision to stay single for the last 19 years or so, thanks to our wonderful family laws that are so biased towards women. For me it has worked perfect and the freedom factor and the fun that comes with it, is bar none.

I have been seeing a few ladies in the past few months after my last session and the increase in Girth has been fantastic for me. I have never before experienced women with their hands clutched around my thick Dick while sleeping. I have actually would turn some of them down for sex when I am tired!
Sex has been great as you can imagine. They come easier than ever and the whole experience has been positive but for some lingering lumps and pain around the Circumcision area. This is an issue that Wade through discussing with Dr. C assured me will be taken care of in my next session that I plan to do in the next few months.

Hey Mustang, as of today, how are your dimensions holding (both size and length)? I ask because I recall your EL being slightly longer than mine, and was curious to know if padding that much Girth via PMMA has effected your length significantly enough to take notice.

My EL is still about 0.25" to 0.35" shorter due to the freaking elist implant and its Removal. But the PMMA so far has not effected my EL permanently.
