TOPIC: Zmann's Pmma Journey

Today I've officially been initiated into the PMMA club! I received roughly 16 ccs of a combination of 20% at the base, 10% mid shaft and 5% just under the glans. Big thanks to everyone on this forum for all the information, it went pretty much just how I planned. Dr. C, Wade and the whole staff were all very professional yet made me feel totally comfortable as well. Now I'm posted up at the hotel bored and swollen HA HA honestly I feel I could have made an afternoon flight home but might as well enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather. I took plenty of before photos which I will post up here with my post op photos later this week!

Congrats on taking the plunge, there's no going back. lolYou'll want to take a souvenir snapshot the moment you first unwrap.
I am interested in your percentages because I wonder if that's not what dhey did for mine? It is getting very thick at the base making me wonder if that's not what they did as I also told them do what you think best.
I guess I'll know in due time, but I am noticing that this base Girth is an added treat in "her" quest for Girth wherever it may be found. She's turned into a 'churner'.

Did you give the doc any direction on the type of outcome you wanted? I am curious about this because I am pretty consitant in Girth from glans to base with maybe .25-.5" difference from just behind glans to base. I would like to maintain the consitant Girth.

Here's photos pre procedure measuring in at roughly 5.5 base down to 4.75 mid-shaft to glans of around 4.5-4.6.

Here's post photos of the excellent wrap wade applied, I left this on for the entire day as I went sightseeing around San Diego, the next photo is when I first unwrapped which was the next morning as I ended up passing out that night (little to much fun in the gaslamp district) the last is a pretty poor measurement photo of the right hand side base where I had the most bruising, all swelled up this was almost 7 inches but I also have a lot of excess skin right there. I will most likely be getting a webbing reduction next time as well.

@ EP - I left the wrap on for the remainder of the day and then tried (poorly) to re-wrap the next day but only for the flight home, I've been commando since just letting it hang.
@ HC - Def no going back now! Wade was pretty quick to analyze my penis he noted at the base where my fat pad is (should be) it almost dips in so he wanted to put some 20% there to make the penis appear longer by starting there. Then the standard 10% midshaft, above my circ scar apparently it wasn't holding the 10% to well and since my glans are the smallest they wanted to get as close to them as possible so they used 5%.I can surely feel the difference between them 20% is the hardest/lumpiest, 10% mid-shaft seems totally fine, and the 5% is the most bruised/swollen so its hard to tell on it, but so far it looks good!
@ bricep - I sort of indicated what I wanted, Wade and Dr. C seemed to go back and fourth a little bit on the where to put concentrations etc. I'm pretty tapered from base to glans so my results may be different from what your expecting.

@swampman Factors such as age, heredity/genetics, insulin growth factor, etc. will all have an effect on collagen formation. Recombinant human growth hormone can and will have a tremendous impact on the bodies ability to produce collagen. I covered this topic here. For some say, Sizemic's age, probably to a much lesser extent.

Question....for the 5% injections, did they use the same entry points at the base or did they go through points closer to the glans?

Day 3 Post PMMA
A lot more bruised up today, but swelling seems to have gone down a little. I had a chance to measure last night with Erection and am at about 5.5 mid-shaft so about a .5 Inch gain so far (fingers crossed I'll keep most of that once the swelling goes down and the collagen starts forming.) At the base where the 20% was injected its still pretty sore and to me seems the most lumpy especially where the shaft connects to my testicles there's a lot of skin there so it looks a little awkward I'll post more photos later. All the incision points seem fully healed so I've resumed going to the gym, but definitively no sex just yet.
@ Southie - Don't quote me on it but yes I believe they did use different entry points for above the circ scar, I tried not to look during the procedure I do remember getting a lido-cane almost near my glans that was by far the most painful part of the whole procedure.

Thanks Zmann, I thought I saw a nick near the circ scar in one of your pics...that's what prompted my question. I think in addition to the lidocaine I'm going to ask for a couple of shots of tequila.
