TOPIC: PMMA at Avanti Derma (Feb 11 2019)

Dear phalloboarders, now it's time for me to contribute to this forum database and document my case.

First off, many thanks to some fellow PhalloBoards: kingpin, KRichards, Mannitou, cwinters etc for your reports, they've been very informative. And especially a big shout out to GSXR, who basically was in touch with me the whole time this weekend until I had the procedure done today, much appreciated.

Ok now to my case, for those who don't know, previously I had alloderm grafts done twice, first time in 2013 and second time end of 2014, when the graft got badly infected. The doctor had to open up all my wounds, squeeze out all the pus on a daily basis which was hell of a lot of pain, for 2 consecutive weeks. Once all cleared, he stitched it up again and I couldn't shower for another 2 weeks. All in all, total 4 weeks without proper shower.

I also had ligament cut (V-Y flap), which gained me only (fluctuates between 0.5"-0.75") Erect length and left me a huge ugly scar in my pubic region.

As for alloderm/ Belladerm grafts as we know, they degrade over time, hence my Flaccid Girth went down to a very disappointing 3.8".

After reading several member's (especially above-mentioned) reports from AD, I started contacting Avanti Derma and Ian was really good in follow-up. Which led me to have the procedure done today, and I planned to stay here until Friday, going to AD daily for follow-ups.

Over last weekend until last night, I was really jittery thinking about all the things that could go wrong today but Dr Morales and Ian were really nice and professional and soothed me down very well throughout the whole procedure.

I paid upfront earlier for the Utmost package with Dr Morales, that included PRP, IPL, phallotox and scrotox.

Looking at my Dick now makes me glad that I got this done!

Pre-PMMA Starting stats:
Flaccid mid-shaft Girth: 9.6cm/ 3.77"
Flaccid length: 6.5cm/ 2.56"

Erected mid-shaft Girth: 11.6cm/ 4.56"
Erected base Girth: 12.6cm/ 4.96"
Erected length: 12.5cm/ 4.92"

Photos taken last night as first three photos below:

Post procedure, Flaccid Girth is already at 5.0" and length is already at 3.0" now, took 2 photos that follow the first 3. Am going to take the prescribed Flomax now to prevent further retraction.

I will update and document my progress under this thread in the coming days for all to reference, especially for those who have done alloderm/ Belladerm grafts before and are contemplating to do this.

Any questions about my procedure done today or advice for me, I'll be more than happy to receive them.

Day 2

From Day 1 until Day 2 morning, did the after-care (massaged hourly) according to instructions, 2 points still slightly bleeding, penis very bruised.

Went to see Ian at 10:00am and got it inspected, happy to know that the PMMA distribution was uniform, Dr Morales happened to pop by to take a look as well. Ian was really attentive even though it's busy at the clinic today (was told that Feb's getting pretty busy here!).

Did the Infra-red and was instructed on how to use the extender, got another follow-up later this afternoon.

Bleeding points have stopped and bruising came down a bit, will continue the aftercare massage.

Congrats! For me personally Avianti Derma was the BEST decision I ever made. Which reminds me I gotta update my 3rd round pictures.. it has been 4 months and I feel my results are permanent.

After all the trauma of the past, I'm confident you'll be happy with Dr.M's work. One of the best decisions I've made. Happy healing!

Fast forward to day 4, strictly kept up the aftercare regime of massaging and atttaching the ESL-40 daily. Bruising all gone now and swelling only subsided a little bit, still measuring over 5 inches Flaccid. Let's hope this Flaccid size stabilises then grows some more

Checked in with Ian daily twice and at end of day 3, realised a small dent on my right underside and end of shaft near my right testicle, so Ian arranged for Dr M to touch-up this afternoon.

It is done now and dent has been filled up, together with touch-ups on underside of shaft. Was advised not to put too much product there due to loose skin and might result in an unwanted big lump there.

Am so glad that I stayed extra few days to follow-up and make sure everything's ok.

This made me realise that although the initial procedure only took 1.5 hrs for botox, prp, PMMA, this entire process includes at least 72hrs after the procedure.

To obtain an ideal result, especially aesthetically, staying back an extra 3-4 days after day 1 for daily follow-ups is absolutely essential. Especially when touch-ups are deemed necessary after initial 72hrs when the PMMA has settled in.

Last follow-up tomorrow before I leave Tijuana. Will post pics this weekend on how it looks like.

Apologies for my late check-in.

Currently just past my 4th full week mark and gains are pretty much stable at 0.7inch/ 1.8cm Girth gain.

Surprisingly this gain is consistent in both Flaccid and fully Erect states.

Post PMMA Flaccid Girth is now: 4 3/8 Inch/ 11.4cm
Pre PMMA Flaccid Girth: 3 6/8 Inch/ 9.6cm

Post PMMA Erect Girth is now: 5 3/8 Inch/ 13.4cm
Pre PMMA Erect Girth: 4 1/2 Inch/ 11.6cm

Those are impressive results man. One of the best ones I've seen so far anywhere. Was the ligament cut worth it though? Or do you have to wait a little longer for length results?
