I'd be interested in your take on two things that were raised in the initial post.
1. Relative risk level of
PMMA when done very conservatively (e.g. gaining a cm as the poster's goal), vs. say trying to get between 1/2" and 1" EG. Not just the magnitude of the risk, but of all the possible negative outcomes are there any in particular that are more significantly reduced than the others by being very conservative.
2. Impact of being a "
Grower" on potential outcome of
PMMA vs. say someone who's has a much fuller
Flaccid.
