If you still have your hair I would start with rogaine, the won't do a transplant till your hair stabilizes anyway. I've triend regain and it doesn't work for me plus I'm thinning at my hairline and not the crown. I already had my consultation and was told I could always come in for touch ups if thinking persists. I'm going to do the FUE method so no cutting my scalp off. And I can get low, low haircuts without anyone noticing I've done anything.
