Very recently turning 22 and having had Ligamentolysis and about to start a vigorous stretching regime, I'm curious to see if people think this is an advantage or a disadvantage? Should I have waited a few more years for anymore natural growth? If you ask yourself - 'Would I've regretted starting PE 5/10 years ago?' what would your answer be? Surely it's all relative to the individual but I'm still curious. Have a happy new year PB community!
