I found out my IGF-1 levels are pretty low, so I wonder if that means the PRP wasn't rich enough which is why I didn't see much growth thus far. Also not using the RestoreX device may have contributed.
Once I have more money, I will do the rest of the PRP shots (which are very expensive), this time with the restorex (which is expensive). I will post results here.
Wish me luck.

I typically tell Sponsors I don't recommend posting their prices real-time on the forums (even though they are permitted to if they so choose) because they are subject to change (if prices increase in a couple of years, what's stopping someone from pointing to this thread in the future?). An exception would be promotions or discounts, since they very clearly state being a limited time only.
Also, given that this Protocol is provided by different Practitioners around the Country, you may see variations in their own cost to you.
Your best bet is to find a P-Long provider near you and reach out for a quote.

I also had exosomes put into my PRP. I have my second procedure in a few weeks. I have been pumping and Hanging.
What did you pay for the exosomes and where did you have it done?

A lot of P shot practitioners do it such as the NOVUS center in SOCAL. P shot is the original PRP for penis. Lots of places do it. P Long is the protocol that goes along with the peer reviewed study and NO2 supplements and stretchers. I am seeing a p long doctor and I asked him for Exozomes. I am not using their stretcher because my Girth is too big to fit in it because I have fillers. I am Hanging and pumping instead. I am also manually stretching using my hands.
Thanks. My doc only uses a single cell line exosome and charges $5K for it, so I passed. Might find another spot.
BTW, I'm ~7" Girth and I fit in the RestoreX. It's a tight flattening up at the top but it does work with enough 2" self-adhesive tape.

Could you please clarify if the protocol in your clinical study is still the recommended protocol, or if it has been tweaked since?
From abstract on PubMed: "RestoreX traction device was utilized for 20 minutes, twice daily, and a Dr Joel Kaplan vacuum erection device was applied with 5-10 mmHg pressure x 12 minutes (1 min x 2, 5min x 2). Oral nitric oxide boosting supplementation was with AFFIRM, consisting of 3 gm L-Citrulline and 1 gm beet extract."
Does it matter at what time of day the RestoreX and pump are used? Does it matter which one is done first?
Affirm is 2 tablets, correct? (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Thanks!
Affirm (L-citrulline-based NO booster) is 1 tablet twice daily, correct?

Also, the doctor wants to use GainsWave along (to help with E.D.). Does it matter if GainsWave is done *after* the P-Shot, or should it be done before?
Thanks!
