Its super simple. The picture should clear it all up. This lock is actually a little bit big for me. I dont wear this one out and about, just around the house. I usually use a little bit smaller one and it fits nice and snug and doesnt fall off. I've misplaced it but this one shows the concept. I never used the ADS that Avanti Derma gives you. That thing along with every other ADS is way too cumbersome, impractical, and uncomfortable. this thing is a piece of cake. You want to have a tight fit and really struggle a little to get your head into the lock. Once its in fill it with blood with a few quick jelq's.. I put a litte pice of tissue under the tip in between the head and the gray theraband. Make sure to wrap the thing with theraband. its very adheasive to the skin. Of course check on your dong and make sure your not cutting off circulation. I've never cut off circulation useing this. This is the best ADS i've ever used. its super super easy. you can pee with it on. Once its on and you have got it to fit right it doesnt come off. Let me know if you have any questions.
