This is why i said I'll do some extreme stretching and Hanging before my procedure. This now gives me time to heal all together at the same time. Also i have a ads and one pound magnet ball with the noose for Hanging. First week I'm not doing anything though. It was done in Russia by a very expert doctor who didn't leave any visible scars, he went through the scrotum. I can only say they're the best for this. You can find my trip report dating back now several years. I had almost forgotten what I was like before this intervention. I was shorter in Flaccid state, and my scrotum sack was very elongated. Now they're cupped in tight and I'm longer when at rest. It's all in all worth having it done at the same time to not be knocked out twice. You save in trauma as well as in clinic costs. Personally my skin stretched a lot through Hanging between the legs and in order to let your penis hang lower you need that, thats a fact. Otherwise the ligamentum will get easier reattached to the bone. I did once a thing but I wont recommend that to anyone, however thats where my experience comes from. I believe this will produce additional length. More so in Flaccid. I will begin a stretching and extreme Hanging routine soon for three months. Then after the procedure I'll continue the same routine until june. Girth will be next.
