Yeah, I had no luck with Email or filling out request forms on their outdated site... but calling and leaving 2 messages got me a call back, and a very productive discussion. Call them, ask for ray's voicemail and leave him a detailed message.

They're just really busy, took them 2 weeks to get back to me, best to keep leaving voicemails.

aces, you're posting some extreme gains, I strongly urge you to post a comprehensive progress report if you are to continue touting next-to-impossible gains (i.e. 1 Inch Erect gain in a month).

Oh, and not sure if they actually advertise permanent Girth gains with non-permanent fillers because if they are... it is simply untrue.

I had my consult with Morganstern and I've got the green light from the wife to go ahead with it even though she says i don't need it. I'm curious what kind of Girth i can expect if I'm 6.5 inches long and have 20 ml of juvederm . Anyone care to speculate?

If you don't hear back in a few days, leave another message saying it's your second call and you would like to schedule a consult. They'll eventually get back to you. They are busy, also with Urology cases.

Another heads up, when I did get my consult with Morganstern they sent me a link to a dial-in. When I tried, I was sitting on hold for 10 minutes and realized something was wrong. I called their office and they apologized but said the teleconferencing was not setup, and they transferred me to Morganstern. So if that happens, call their office. They're not up on their tech, but they are experts in Urology and PE so be patient.

Really good question, I've also wondered but found nothing definitive. What I've read makes it sound like it all goes away (even the generated collagen). Tidbits I recall, stuck my head can't pinpoint where:

- even with HA, there seems to be some buildup (require less touchups as time goes on)
- dr c even prefers Radiesse to HA, because there is some (less than Ellanse) perm buildup

Since there is no definitive answer I am just considering Ellanse to be temp, but longer lasting.

Three month and 1" increase in EL is great. How did you get it?

Great gains, at first I was skeptical but it appears you obtained your length via fat pad reduction which I'm a firm believer in. If you plan to see Dr. M again ask him about whether or not he's interested in joining our forum as a Sponsor, as his name seems to be gaining traction/trending on the forum.

I've spoken to several guys who've had procedures through them . All were pleased but I think it's mainly HA they're doing - and lots of it. They're cranking these out and making a fortune. Also, consider that 4,000 procedures doesn't equal 4,000 patients when we're talking HA or FFT . I think their practice is legit but as always there is no panacea

Just wanted to say for anybody reading along, the Dr. Karney you met is actually Dr. Carney, a very, VERY respected surgeon. I used to live in the area and I know these guys. I believe it's Dr. Carney that does most of the fillers- I don't know about all the other types of procedures. I don't think they've been doing it (fillers) that long but I can tell you there's literally not another person on earth I'd rather have do any kind of procedure than this guy. So anyone concerned about this doc can rest easy on that.

I'm actually real close to pulling the trigger on the filler, though I haven't read much about it yet. I had one of the worst PMMA busts on this forum a few years ago, so maybe this will be better. Well, there were worse stories. I didn't have complications, it just didn't really work. Well we will see. If i had ever dreamed that Dr Carney would ever get into this business, I'd have never even thought about going to mexico- I've known of Dr Carney long before I ever heard of PMMA

Thanks for the feedback. When I spoke to them last week, they said they typically do 20ml the first session (I guess they sometimes change protocol/procedure based on feedback). I'd personally think doing 10 and 10 or 15 and 5 with a separate second session weeks later would be better than doing 20 at once. So adjustments can be made. Anyone have thoughts on that? Also, did you consider or discuss ellance vs voluma with them? For that, they do 10 ml and another 10 ml 8-12 weeks apart.
