Some guys do well with it. Ellance, outside of the US, is also a non-perm but long lasting option with stimulating properties. Definitely do some research.... Apologies in advance if I missed it. Here's my question: for a 'regular guy' (6" Erect, 4" Girth, 3" flacid), what is the 'best' procedure to add length and Girth, with cost no object? Surgery is an option. I was initially attracted to Dr. Elist's Penuma procedure, but after reading the horror stories on this forum, I've backed off. Are there any procedures that can reliably add length without severing the suspensory ligament? What about injectables? Is Hyaluronic Acid the way to go? A lot of people of this forum seem very impressed with a Dr. Oates in Australia (does he inject HA, or is it different?).
