It all depends on how much you have remaining, if I were you I'd try remove or reduce what you have left, you could start with dmso. I know Morgenstern is able to get rid of lumps of fat using a non surgical technique so theoretically might be able reduce it. I definitely wouldn't have it if you have more than 1/2 half Inch of fat remaining. What ever you do, let us know how it goes.
