I'll say the best with HA is that it adds lot of weight. Mine is super heavy. When you're semi hard the weight of the HA keep it Hanging which I love. I have 5.75 inches Girth when I'm flacid and 6.25 inches Girth Erect at the thickest part, which on me is at the base. If you are using any vasoconstrictor meds it will retract. Pre Workout drinks if they contain stimulants will also cause retractation. For me cold does not always cause retractation. Flaccid increases. In my case, i went to a constant 5'x5' Flaccid (up from 4-5' x 4.5'). No retraction or shrinkage. Very nice for showing offf in locker room. But HA does wear off over time. With 15ml of high G' HA (i.e. Voluma/Ultimate) we expect a 1" increase in an average size penis.
