Hey Dan! yes from what I remember you probably got close to 40 cc. The last one you tried was Teosyal not Macrolane. HA is an option but people have to be realistic, it will be squishy and it will require a lot. Once you start, it's hard to stop. And most doctors know that. It's addicting in the sense that when you start the change is so subtle that you want more. Because 10 cc is not enough.

I can imagine that girls that get lip fillers feel the same way, although you can get a good result the first time. If the Doc would fill up half of their top lip they would feel exactly like I felt and they would ask for more. In fact the majority get more and more and they end up looking like cartoon characters, but it's socially accepted.

Again this is my personal experience, I think that Hunkydory01 shared the same feeling. The first time the Doc will inject 10 cc or 15 cc at most. He won't be able to add more because the skin is usually super tight on the shaft.

But the result won't be perfect and it will look weird with 10 cc. At least on me it looked weird. To get a good result the HA has to coat the shaft entirely or it will feel weird to the touch. And for that you'll have to do 3 round of 10 cc, waiting preferably 3 weeks to 1 month between each session.

Hey!! Nice to hear from you and glad you are still posting. I concur that HA is not as firm as PMMA. The one area of my Dick that was the most resistant to PMMA because of Fibrosis was finally filled in with a heavy concentration of Silikon. It looks smooth but it is the part of my Dick that is the most like it was when I had HA. It's the upper left shaft and no matter how hard I get it is not quite hard there. The other thing about temp fillers is that for guys that are obsessive, by the next day or two you start wondering if it is going down and you never feel quite free of the size issues as it is always on your mind that the HA is being absorbed. I think I had about 36-38cc's in all. I've also seen Gatit's Dick in person and as fillers go it looks flawless, but I completely get the softness issue.

Of all the PE procedures I have had, Dermal Grafts definitely looked and felt the best, then PMMA, really not bad at all, just go low key on the Silikon, then the HA (and I have tried Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Ultima or something - don't even remember, and some other brand I forgot - maybe Macrolane).

I gained 1.5" or a little more from the 40cc's - it got me very close to what I was with my grafts, but it depends a lot on the length of your Dick - I am at about 7.5

I think there are a couple of key variables at play here. One is the amount injected and the other is the skin compliance.

Nice analysis. It's my understanding that with FFT it is injected into the tissue between the superficial and buck's fascia, and I assume the same for HA. What is different about the way PMMA reacts over time? Is it building collagen that gives more firmness to the actual tissue in this layer? Back to something you raised a while ago, and I asked you about--having 1 round of PMMA after a couple rounds of FFT. Would a single round of 10 percent be enough to smooth or compensate for the texture should you find FFT does not work as well as you'd like?

I agree with Hunky. Even though it's a long lasting product, in the back of my mind I think about the fact that it's not permanent or semi permanent.

When girls get their boobs done, once it's done they don't think about it . It's part of their body until the 10 years mark when they have to switch implants but beside that they keep their shape.

Tell a girl that want big boobs to choose between implants or injections that require touch ups every year she'll laugh at you.

Has anyone ever been able to tell you've had HA either by the look or feel of it?
When you say it looks wavy without a touch up, do you mean the way it looks, way it feels, or both?
Would I be able to get away with a touch up once a year without anyone noticing any odd cosmetic issues?
If I'm only going for 0.5-0.75 Inch gain, does that reduce the need for touch ups and make it less apparent that I've had something done?

Did you also need HA touch-ups every 6 months Hunkydory?

What I've learned is that the harder you get, the more it'll get noticeable.

When a natural Dick is hard, you feel the hardness of the shaft just underneath the skin.

With Voluma when you're semi hard you can't notice it but when super hard it can be noticed.

I remember having this discussion with Hoddle10 and he agreed.

So it's something to consider if you want to get it done.

Isn't it challenging to get a top-up every 6 months? Does your friend do injections commercially as well? If so, what country?

Also some people claim HA may cause a small permanent increase through collagen formation, has anyone noticed any permanent increase once they let the HA completely reabsorb?
