No matter what you use to enlarge it, once you go past a certain size (compared with your original) it's never going to look or feel natural. So it almost doesn't matter what the filler is, as none of them are going to provide you with a good result. So you should base your decision on how easy it is to reverse. HA wins hands down and Macrolane is dirt cheap. Macrolane isn't usually a good option as it doesn't work well in the penis. But if you are looking at freaky gains, nothing works well. Gaining say 4" with PMMA, Silicone, fat or HA is going to make your penis look and feel odd. Top 3 Dr. Elist Dr. Loria Dr. Giunta Dr. C isn't in the top 3 because he stops what he thinks you had enough. I am the one that knows that not the doctor. I'm average about 5/6 Erect. When I mean freak I mean so swollen and fat you can see it sticking out by just looking at my pants. I want to look at it and use it. I want it so big that it feels heavy to pack.
