Hydration is good for the body it helps most all functions. Invest in quality pumping cylinders. Get the correct cylinder size for penis with just enough diameter to expand. A separate pump with a pressure gauge never go higher than 5-6 mmhg. Start slow and take breaks remove pump and massage penis to refresh blood supply. Due research on pumping. Pump dry or wet if wet make sure the water is warm not hot. Red spots are from too much pressure or pumping to long. You need take a break and not pump for while and let them go away. Let blood capillary's heal. It can days or weeks the more you over due it the longer it will take to heal. This happened to me years ago when I first started PE. Just like other body parts it takes time to condition and become familiar with the equipment you are using. Are you using anything to lube your penis before pumping? I find that a thick hair conditioner helps tremendously. It softens your skin and keeps it from getting stuck and pulling on the inside of the tube. I also only do 3-5 min sessions while in the shower for a total of 3. Each time I take the pump off and put it back on, i fill the tube a little more. The key is to go slow though. Good luck! I then have to leave these to go down for a couple of days otherwise they get bigger and bigger if i keep pumping. Its basically impossible to pump with any consistency without my Dick looking like its got something completely wrong with it. I can pump extremely lightly without red dots but it doesn't really provide any real difference for any longer than the minute i take my Dick out of it. Seems like my skin just can't handle the force needed for it to have any effect. Anyone had this issue and find a solution?
