It's one of the biggest issues with FFT and anything involving PE that requires a blood supply. I believe if the fat doesn't get the blood it needs the body surrounds it to wall it off and you get the lump. It is only cosmetic but that is still a big deal when it's your Dick. @Brock I had that same thing after my first round of PMMA - it was like a free floating Nodule I could pull up with my fingers. Dr. C broke it up with a cannula and added more PMMA and it went away within a month or two - never came back so far.
