Thanks hunk. I've trained naturally for years. I built a pretty impressive physique over a 4 year period of relentless focus in my early twenties. I've had training partners in the past who would use PED's. Even on a mild dose their strength increase would always astonish me. I've seen it make a guy in his fifties feel like a whole new man.

A agar is a dihydotestosterone (DHT) derivitive and DHT has been shown to promote collegen synthesis.

Action of androgen on fibroblast collagen synthesis: a receptor-dependent response.

Several groups are still investigating an "in vitro" biological response of androgen action. The purpose of this study was to determine whether dihydrotestosterone (DHT) influences the secretion of collagen by cultured foreskin fibroblasts raised from patients with normal or undetectable DHT-binding activity (complete androgen resistance). Collagen synthesis and secretion were evaluated by 3H-proline incorporation in newly synthetized collagen by confluent fibroblasts alone, or in the presence of DHT (10?5 to -10?10M). Production of collagen is expressed as a ratio between tritiated OH-proline and OH-proline plus proline,within the cells or in the culture medium.

These data show that : -in control cells,DHT significantly increases production of collagen released in the culture medium (p < 0.001), -In complete androgen resistance with no detectable androgen binding activity, DHT does not modify basal collagen synthesis. These results strongly suggest that this hormonal response is mediated via a DHT-receptor or is receptor-dependent. This could be used as a biological response of androgen action in patients with androgen resistance associated with a "post-receptor" defect.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can anymore. You definitely used to be able to as for a while Mexico was the only place you could get real Anavar. I don't think any "proper" pharma companies make it anymore.

The test and the Anavar have been life changing. I have worked out 6 days a week for the past 28 years and at some point, due to age, you just look worse than you did the year before, but less bad than if you did not work out at all, and that was a mood and motivation killer. It is amazing how quickly my body has responded to this, which just reinforces all the good things about staying in shape.

How do you feel in general hunk? Like fitness, injury recovery, it helping with your overall health.

That sounds really promising. Just started some myself.

It does build collagen alothough how it contributes to PMMA isunknown. Testosterone is meant to reduce it but it seems that many on steroids have the best gains.

I'm starting a dose of 200mg week of equipoise (boldenone) for this very reason. Meatn to increase collagen synthesis several times over.

It does raise a question of how it works. I would have assmed that the body would have a set volume of collagen to deposit to encapsulate a foreign substance which could not be altered. We could increase the RATE of synthesis but not the total volume laid down.

The gains settled I think. To be honest I stopped measuring my Dick awhile ago but I will do it again in the next day and report - but a weird thing happened as I started a light cycle of 25mg a day and woke up one morning and it was as if the areas where my last touch up was, was growing again so it looked like it was getting uneven and I stopped the cycle. I really have no idea if Anavar builds collagen. All I have is my small experience but if I were starting over I would definitely try it. The other thing is that you don't even need to be on it when you start as I was months out from my last procedure the first time I did it. If the PMMA is in you and the Anavar works then it should work with what is there. It had a really dramatic effect on my body too. I would love for other guys to try it and see what happens.

That's interesting, the bit that i understand anyway.
If DHT increases collagen synthesis then perhaps trenbolone would help too.

I have 5 bottles of tren sitting in the desk behind me. On equipoise, anavar and perhaps deca soon as it is.

How old are you?

I'm certainy going on trt when I'm older, although i may well need it soon anyway if my natural test is cooked.
The NHS is terrible at this in Britain though. Need to self medicate through illegal sources. Which is expensive, lots of fakes too. Pisses me off, if women can get the pill for free men should be gettting test if they need it. More justified, one is to feel normal the other is to allow you to fuck around.
