I have no idea what your problem is with me other than I don't subscribe to your opinions. What is it that I need to do to be dubbed "empathetic enough"? I've already said over and over again that I feel fir the people who didn't get the results they wanted. I've only pointed out that their result is not the only result that can be expected. If that hurts too much to hear I'm sorry. I guess the only thing that would make you happy is if I renounced Elist and demanded that my implant be removed. That's not gonna happen at this point. I am sure when you were perusing this website you came across these Elist shills and saw how they were exposed (beyond a shadow of a doubt). *Members here are skeptical because they can't understand why anybody would undergo such a risky procedure with so much evidence pointing to the danger of the Implant. *i don't think the issue is the 8 months it takes to get your length back (which is untrue)...The issue is that the implant will eventually have to be removed and it will lead to permanent damage to your penis. You are saying that a member on here has had the implant for 9 years and messaged you? And he has never changed his implant once? I am truly surprised (but do believe you) because out of all the implant recipients (dozens) I have had contact with (dating back to 2009), I don't know one that still has it in. And these are including recipients I met on the old Elist shill site (My NewSize)....We all encouraged each other to get it... We were told there was only a 2% chance of it ever having to be removed (due to complications). The doctor did tell us that some men had to have it removed because it was just too big and the partners couldn't take the size. Of course the doctor let us know if it were removed, there would be no complications . I guess he didn't know about the scar tissue and retraction issues at that time. You also say he used weights (with the implant) to regain his length? I do know that until very recently, any form of stretcher or weights were discouraged by Elist because it might dislodge the implant. Anybody who has been on PhalloBoards and other (unbiased websites such as Thunders.org) for as long as I have think of Dr. Elist as a liar, manipulator, and sociopath.. It's that simple. Why? Please type in Elist into the search engine and truly read read each thread. It will take you hours but you will be much more informed ..You will see the pain and suffering this man has caused.... And you certainly won't need to ask why people are being so skeptical or unwelcoming of you (at first).. Again, good luck with the Implant... Have you even bothered reading that link I just posted (from thunders.org)? And just for other members reading this...Most men are not choosing to have their implant removed because "they are expecting an immediate result". If you read the threads on this board and at thunders.org, you would see their are many complications that go along with inserting a piece of plastic into a dynamic organ...I personally had my implant removed due to "infection". I get it...You are in the denial phase right now..Not much you can do now. But look at it from our end...We don't want any new member to make a misinformed choice if they happened to stumble across your thread. Your "good so far" status is apparently all well and good for you but you haven't spent countless hours corresponding with Elist victims. These men have suffered so greatly. Again, as I have said many times...if I can prevent even one man from experiencing the same horror I did...It will all be worth it. Just one question...And can you please answer this. Have you asked the doctor what happens when the implant is removed? What does he say? Does he say that it will go back to the way it was before the operation? Do you think that removing it will be complication- free? How about emailing Dr. Altar (Beverly Hills) and getting his opinion? He is one of the most respected urologists/plastic surgeons in the United States and has removed many (perhaps dozens) of Dr. Elist's implants. Why don't you ask him his thoughts on the implant and how complication-free removing the implant is? And just for clarity...The initial loss of length from the surgery is absolutely the least of your worries right now.
