I've have heard and read, That it feels like a soft layer tissue above normal hard shaft. Is that true? Also that some Partners (new) can feel the difference and that they can tell that you have done some cosmetic surgery on it? I guess my main question is does it feel normal or does it feel like it's been alternated (cosmetically enhanced)?
