Injecting the skin of the scrotum is easy and there is a thin layer of Dartos muscle there and it can be relaxed. Some guys have very tight Dartos muscle and can even be uncomfortable. Injecting the cremaster muscle is more internal nearer all the important bits - blood vessels and spermatic tube. That is what has held me off from doing it. But from a few reports for some guys who want to hang lower it works well. It is also basically pretty safe. The micro droplet silicone into the scrotal skin is not something I am so keen on. Copy and paste: "The scrotal enhancement treatment consists of 50cc of medical grade silicon, placed directly into the scrotum, and 100 units of Botox to be delivered into the cremaster and Dartos muscles of the scrotum and testicles. The current price of this procedure is $1500, and does include the botox. Botox is used for highly retractive scrotums. The after care will consist of keeping the area warm to reduce severe retraction'the Botox will help with this as well. You will perform periodic massaging of the area for several weeks until the product remains smooth and consistent on a permanent basis. A small ring can be used around the testicles or the shaft of the penis when going to the gym or times of severe retraction if needed. This is typically not necessary since the Botox and the amount of filler used is not excessive enough to create back flow of the silicon. The Cost for Scrotum Relaxation (Botox) is $ 480 The glans enhancement consists only of the corona of the glans. This will be performed using micro drops of silicon directly into the corona of the glans, and is a permanent enhancement. The gains are not easy to see in photos, however can help with the visual aesthetics and balance the shaft circumference to the flare of the glans circumference. One of my concerns is that I have a slight turkey neck, and that making the scrotum bigger or having my Balls hang more would make that turkey neck more pronounced. They look great but you can feel the difference. It was feeling his Balls that caused me to ask if he had something done. It just felt different from the rest of his sac. Dr. C may have a better technique - this was done 10 years ago when he had his Dick done (that silicone went towards his glans like a donut and I guess formed collagen as it was firm for silicone.)
