Whats permanent glans (corona only) enlargement? what= material injected.

Intriguing...but sounds sketchy.

1. I never heard of permanent glan enlargment with fillers. Is it safe and what does he use?

It is only enhancing the corona (the rim) of the penis. It is not an over all glans enlargement like is done with HA. He uses silicone.

2. Why is Lennea safe all the sudden a superior product. Did the Lennea safe facility bring about changes to the actual quality??

Dr. C has stated before that he pretty much likes both products fairly equally and that a lot of which product is used is based purely on availability.

3. What is micro droplets and why do I need the smooth finish and is it worth the extra money? Does the price still get reduced after each round? So many questions.

Micro droplets are small drops of silicone to help fill in spots where the PMMA will not stay on some guys, such as between the glans and the circ scar. Can also be used to fill in small divots, etc. The smooth finish is optional for guys who may have irregularities in the feel afterwards. It helps to cover up and soften the feel of small lumps, bumps, etc. It is the same material that is used for the glans enhancement.

Just got a newsletter from A/D featuring new prices and procedures for the new year. Of special note is a new "Smooth Finish" procedure where they inject a 'full session' of micro-drops after all PMMA rounds are complete, in order to completely smooth everything out. The cost is $1000.

The glans procedure sounds interesting but I'm still curious in how much bigger the glands get and if one can get multiple rounds.

Is it like the corona only increases a tiny bit that it's not even noticeable?

The P shot along with a nice round of PMMA is what I'm curious about.

I would imagine the P shot is the perfect PMMA after care and would give good looking results with a nice shape along with light pumping and good healing overall.

How much does the P shot cost from Dr C?

Does he have any other goodies that can improve the results of PMMA or just the P shot.

Can you use the P shot with viagra for a bonus effect?

No tax in Mexico. But there may be some meds charge and shuttle charge. Plus your flight, Hotel and food expenses...

I wonder how having sillikon micro droplets would effect the outcome of having a Removal operation.
Sillikon microdroplets seems to be a guaranteed way of improving aesthetics, where as trying to correct things with PMMA might result in making things worse, so it does seem to be a good option.
I just wonder if worst came to worst and you got severe granulomas or had some kind of allergic reaction which required a full devolve how it would effect getting it out.
I'm sure Dr Alter or Dr Gelman would have no problem but I would like to know.

Permanent corona enhancement? Scrotal enchancement for lower hang (that will improve your aesthetic length), micro drops, IPL (WTF is that?), PRP... Sounds like too much hype? But I like that.

... "normal looking" but normal working as well? Appears like shit loads of many things had to be removed, not silicon alone ...
