Do research there on extenders if you're interested in length, and checkout arocet's "pumping 101" if you'd like to try pumping. That would actually be a good combination. I'd personally avoid Jelqing as I think the injury risk is too high. For one, the longer you are, the easier it is to do some positions. Also, the longer you are, the more filler you can aesthetically hold. Plus, there's nothing like long-stroking a bitch from the back. I'm currently around 6.5" EL trying to get to 7". Once I hit my length goal, I'll seriously consider PMMA, although I've gotten good Girth results with a bathmate.
