 Actually, Dr. C will prescribe a few days worth of Flomax (an alpha-blocker) for this reason. It does help the penis to hang longer and thus, allows the penis to heal in a more extended state. This does not mean that when you stop taking them your penis will stay that length. But it helps fight any bunching of the product that may occur due to Turtling/retraction. Any filler is going to help with Flaccid length, probably not to your full Erection length, but it does make it longer. I do not think that you would have a problem.

 Im the hardcore Grower (8cm) but on Alphablockers my Flaccid is almost the size of my Erect penis (varies between 17-18cm). What would happen if take Alphablockers before, during and after a PMMA or HA session? Would it stay that size even after i stop using them (3 months f.e) or would it retract and look funny?
