Mine doesn't. If anything the area smells less since it is dryer. My pee hole is the exact same size as before. The example in your pic attachment refers to infant Circumcision. I opted for a low, sightish cut. Also this was don after I had my first round of PMMA. When I get a a woody eq of 100+% say using a Cock ring or pumping, I can feel what is best termed as "tearing", sensation at where the incision was stitched up. I believe that the inevitable scarring has made that area less stretchy than normal skin and so that "tearing" feeling when the unit is steel hard. Is this a common occurrence for those who were Circumcised as an adult? If not, perhaps it is due to the fibrosis caused by the PMMA? My doc definatly didn't stitch it up, it was just a normal circ. I'm not imagining it my wee hole has definatly got smaller and my urine flow has restricted. I spoke to a Urologist about it and they said this is what happens when you are Circumcised. I was Circumcised when I was 15. It was really tight. About a year and a half ago I started manually tugging like the Foreskin restoration people do, just to get some extra skin on the shaft. It takes a VERY long time/dedication, but it does work. Not sure how having PMMA in the dartos will effect the stretching. I think I may remember feeling this tearing in the circ scar like you're talking about, but not now. I've probably gained 1mm a month, if I'm lucky. It sounds like nothing but if you just need a little extra to take away the tension, a mm goes a long way.
