 I suppose if you're not moving about too much it would be ok.

I know which vid you're talking about and I actually did use one until 30 mins before my procedure. The idea was actually more to stretch the skin rather than keeping the penis Erect. The procedure in that instance and mine required us getting a trimix injection to induce an Erection before PMMA placement.

My thinking is, that if you keep the penis stretched without interruption, this allows everything to grow nice and neatly and undisturbed.
