A better plan would be to stay in Tijuana for at least three days after your procedure to let Wade and Dr C insure everything settles well. Travel home and return to work on day 6 or 7. You need time to do the aftercare for about 5 days. After that, everything is pretty settled. You won't be able to mold it, move it, etc. after that. PMMA is not like having traditional plastic surgery in that you have a long recovery. At most I would say 5 days and I do not think that is even necessary. A couple of days past the procedure to really focus and pay attention to your penis is all you need.
