I would assumed the more filler placed the more spongy it would feel. I'm willing to give it a shot but want something that I can get rid of

Greenwald just told me there is a concoction of enzymes to degrade it

I think using this technique you would be more likely to get an even result with no lumps but I think it would be more likely to move about.
Which doctor is this? Safety is my number one concern would rather start slow then go to much.

I don't think he's right about that. You should probably double check.
Radiesse is like having crushed up bone injected, that get encapsulated in collagen. I don't think any enzymes can be injected to make it dissolve or they'd be used routinely in other applications. If such enzymes existed then why is anyone concerned about scar tissue? You could just injecte Dr Greenwalds enzyme concotion and it would dissolve!

He's a Urologist in London. He works with David Ralph, who when I asked him about Restylane, didn't even know you can cause arterial embolization. Ultimately it just isn't their field of expertise.

In may 2016 i had penile girth enhancement in my country by urology Gabriele Antonini in Rome
(associated with www.peritourology.com in us)
with cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler, 2 sesssions of 4 ml each (the second session after 3 weeks from the first)
using hyaluronic acid injections are the safer, minimally invasive, non permanent,
but it seems there's not full control on the homogeneous distribution of the filler
my enlargement features some swelling and the result is not a perfect shape..and i notice reabsorbtion already after 2 month...
Anyone experienced this filler?
Anyone can suggest a good clinic here in Bangkok (where i am now for 4 month)?
thanks

Hello, I'm thinking of going the Dermal Filler route. There has been a lot of good info on these boards but I can't seem to find a lot of picture etc. I thinking of using Greenwald in Tampa, Heller in NY are there any other Doc's that do this people know about? I really want something reversible just in case. Only looking for about 0.5 increase in Girth. Juvaderm, Radiesse what is everyone's opinion. Thanks

I kosty,I assume that both rounds were considered as 1 session ? He just split it in two to ensure best eastethic result am I right ? Otherwise one session of 4 cc is indeed small..
Would indeed e interesting to have the brand and the price you paid as well
Thanks

I just checked to see if you had a journal but didn't see one. What's your situation?
Xiaflex won't work evenly over the shaft. It's meant to break apart a small plaque of scar tissue in peyronies disease. It would burn your finger off if you got it on there..it's very powerful stuff.
