I think a lot of people overreact about small imperfections, but yours is legitamely a big fucking lump of plastic.
Too bad it wasn't off the top of your shaft. Might look messed up still, but the ladies would love it.
Best of luck to you.

It was clearly a problem by day 5-7...I could tell the fluid-like swelling was mostly gone and there were extremely dense areas that wouldn't budge. You'd have to look at my progress report and some links in there to see more specific. Everything that was hardened by day 7 was permanent and is permanent to this day, one year later.
On the other hand, in my second round, I had 2 big nodules that totally disappeared. Something went wrong in round 3 and to this day, it is unknown what that was.

Guys,
I'm about to go in for operation tomorrow morning and I'm SUPER nervous about the scarring and how it could look unnatural(like a bunch of tiny x's)
What I'm most concerned about is my scarring turning out to look like this:
this is an image from Dr reeds website of a pre op procedure from a patient who has had multiple surgeries.
NOTICE THE EAST/WEST LINES where the cut was made!!! it looks awful.
Dr. Reed told me to have the stitching removed 12-14 days after surgery to prevent this type of scarring. I've seen your pictures and the scarring turned out pretty well.
Anyone with personal experience that can tell me how to prevent crisscrossed scarring?

Ask for a little and then go back and ask for a little more. Of you go big right off the bat your Dick will be fucked up and you'll be in my position. Go for a little here and there until its perfect.
This is me after a took a Viagra so my penis plumped up. I wanted to post this so you guys can see a different version/Erection level of my unevenness.
Im curious to see what Dr C and Wade have said of your problem? have they given suggestions to fix it or is Dr Reed you only chance?

Other than that clump it looks fine and it appears that you could have your penis evened out with abother round. Just expensive and time consuming.

I just had certain nodules removed and I thought at the time that would be the end of it. I didn't have it degloved with everything removed. It worsened considerably over time, so I wish I just degloved and had it all removed. At this point, the entire PMMA layer has hardened and turned into lumps. There used to be a soft section of where the metacrill was and then the lumps of linnea safe from round 3. It seems like my body decided to attack everything in the past year and turn it all hard and lumpy. A few other people PMed me with similar issues.

No cuz I haven't gotten with any chicks. I'm embarrassed to hook up cuz its too obvious that theres been work done!!!
I understand that there is no perfect penis, every Dick has its complications but those are mostly visual, not complications with the touch and feel of it. That's the thing people dont talk about before they get this procedure. Its going to FEEL different to. They are injecting here, there and everywhere and its impossible to inject the perfect layer all around your penis. Theres gonna be a little more here than there is their, you understand? Plus if the after care isn't perfect that you have to deal with those complications as well.
Jd123 have you had the procedure or are you deciding on it?

Small jay I will make all my concerns very clear to the dr. . Luckily, since the PMMA Mass is on the lower part of the shaft, he said he'll be able to cut in the scrotum so there wont be any visable scar on my shaft. I will confirm this with him. I will also make sure he lines the area with a colored marker prior to Removal so we're on the same page of exactly what needs to be removed.
(I'm hoping he can cut n the middle of the scrotum where our god given stitching was made! That would be ideal
JD there are much worse cases but this is just unlivable. If I want a girlfriend, a wife to spend the rest of my life with, I need my penis to be in order. Plain and simple. Maybe im in fantasy land but my goal is that months after surgery the scar is unnoticeable and I can go on with my life like I never had it.
Chester im not sure how much DR C put in but I know it was a alot. I had 2 full (and I mean FULL) procedures where I remember him telling me "that's enough for you" plus a touch up appointment. I would say the max 30% for sure but not sure how much cc.
Pictures and updates will follow in the coming days.

PSSSSST - Your Dick is FINE.
I think we tend to forget here that dicks all look weird and have different shapes. Don't spend the money. So what if it's a little uneven. I'm totally serious.
