It's expensive as we have patent laws. In Mexico they can use generic versions, whilst in the UK we can't. It's the same as with buying medication online from India. You can buy generic Viagra for '1 a pill, when until about 2 years ago, you could only buy branded Viagra in the UK and at '15 a pill. It's just depends on what the patent laws in certain countries are. It's not just a little costlier, it's much costlier. Also, the medical community never had to think logically about using permanent fillers for the penis. In virtually every other application there are better options than PMMA. On top of that liquid silicone and the trouble caused by it, kind of scared to cosmetic medical community away from permanent fillers.
