Or for some of us, even after weight loss you'll have some stubborn fat, albeit smaller than it was before...then lipo could be an option. That's sort of my plan. If that is all you are doing it is probably a 10 - 15 minute procedure. I needed to lose the weight - I work out almost everyday but with age I was just getting thicker. Well, Im very fit and skinny so losing more weight is not really an option. But then I dont have a big fat bad either. The fat pad is like 0.7 Inch I believe. losing 0.3-0.4 would do wonder to my confidence though I believe. But I dont know if its possible. I didn't like the way my pubic mound looked although I'm not what most people consider 'fat', so I had Smart Lipo done. Most of the fat was removed from the sides to reduce that 'Pussy lips" look and just a little from the middle as I didn't have much fat there in the first place. The area looks much better now. Younger, less saggy and the 'Pussy lips' are mostly gone. You have to leave some fat behind in that area. On your love handles, surgeons can be more aggressive - just the way the body is. Maybe 50-75% will come out and you'll be swollen for several months. That area is not easy to do.
