My concern was if that becomes a limiting factor in PMMA results. Reading few reports from uncircumcised guys here, I think I will take a chance with the first round as I am. Depending on how things shape three months after the first round PMMA, I might revisit the decision. Since I have a mushroom shaped penis I am hoping the base Girth increase in first round might give pretty good results.
