I agree with Astro too.

I just had PMMA done last Thursday and I've also come to the conclusion that collagen forming would be best done on an extended/Erect penis.

IMHO some the lumpy penis problems may be due to the collagen coalescing when the penis is in a Flaccid state and being scrunched up in tight jeans/dress pants for extended periods. I base this on my pumping experience and I'm sure some of you who pump also have noticed how "deformed" you penis gets when you wear tight pants right after an extended secession.

I will be alternating time between a ESL40, Bathmate + cockring (to increase EQ and E time).

I'm also lucky enough to have an office just to myself and I've been "rolling" my penis between my palms every hour or two to maintain that asymmetric/cylindrical shape.

ITs probably because my Dick is thin, so "congrats" isn't exactly a good use of words lol. But if you are 100% percent sure you have gained lenght after PMMA, there shouldn't be a reason why I couldn't either I suppose. What % of PMMA did you take?

I use the ESL40, and Avanti Derma gives you one for use after the surgery, since it maintains a gentle pull to keep it elongated. I ordered the x4 extender with the wide Girth option.

I received 22ccs of 30% and I've decided to start pumping, stretching, and Cock ringing sooner than most people suggest (only after 1 week out from rd 1). Since I've been keeping it elongated and engorged, I'm hoping that the collagen builds up during the stretches while it's big and swollen. I kind of keep it swollen with a Cock ring, Cialis, pump, jerking massages, even sex. I massage it and then I slap the shit out of it I kid you not. BJ's get it hard and it swells afterwards too, so I like that.

My point is that as long as I can keep it fat, big, elongated, engorged, whatever, it will fill in with collagen around the 22cc's of 30% they put in. I thought it would be daunting to keep it up all the time, but noticing girls eyeing my package makes me want to do it even more. Nonetheless, I do it so that when it finally permanently heals, it will be thicker and hopefully longer. This remains to be seen.

What traction device are you guys using? I'm considering buying an ESL40 as it's cheap, easily hidden under clothes and many people seem to find it more comfortable to wear than others - do you think any other devices rival it in these aspects?

I'm 100% sure I've gained length post PMMA. I've received 10, 20 and 30% concentrations. If you've truly gained any length due to PE without causing harm then "congrats" is a great choice of words. I'm thankful for every 1/16" I get!

You can do it Letsee! I've combined Hanging and an ADS and seem to be gaining 1/8"/mo. I'm shooting for 8.25" - 8.5"EL. I think it'd look better on my Girth.

yes,i already learnt that was tissue growth caused by hiperplasia...but does that mean that the tissue gained with fillers act like the original one? i couldn t imagine that,it seems pretty strange

Well, thanks. Wasn't meant to be rude. Atleast your gains after PMMA give me hope that I can do the same, and Wade seem rather sure about that PMMA dont affect lenghtning routines.

Around 3/8" - 1/2". Traction and manual stretches. I do not jelq.

PMMA should not hinder length gains. You will be stretching skin along with ligaments. I've made considerable gains since my first procedure over 4 years ago.

Okay, thats good to hear. But it possibly slowed it down a bit? I gained 1-1.5 Inch in 2,5 years using traction. I hope to gain one more Inch. Hopefully the speed wont change because of PMMA.
