Anyone here underwent Lipen-10/ PMMA injection in South Korea after alloderm/ Belladerm grafts to increase Girth? If so, did you experience any complications such as infections? I experienced bacterial infection after my second alloderm grafting and the experience was not fun at all. Fortunately my surgeon was very responsible and got me back to his clinic for wound cleaning & antibiotic drip on a daily basis until it was cleared. Thanks! The reason you get an infection with 2 layers of Alloderm is that it is meant to be placed between tissue that as a blood supply - on both sides of the graft. The sides of the Alloderm that are on top of each other have no blood supply so bacteria festers. PMMA can also affect the blood supply to the graft opening yourself up to more infection and more importantly graft Necrosis. That is just what I have read on the internet over the year. As long as there are risks of infection, I'd rather forego that operation and live with what I have now.
