I have the same and many guys do, there are techniques to remove them (not permanently but at least make them smaller) with laser or electricity (don't recall the name of the procedure). Like you I have hairs on them, they are harmless. I have many but I choose just to ignore them as it's not an issue with women (to my experience). I personnaly remove the hairs regularily as I can't stand having hairs on my shaft and I often considered paying the price to have them diminished but I didn't and really just ignoring is a good option. I know it's not easy as they disgust me too. I have got tested for STDs in the past and always have been negative. Unless I was getting tested for the wrong things. Usually the tests were syphilis, herpes. Anyway as you guys know I'm not getting or haven't got any action in a long time and not a lot in the past neither. They randomly grow around the shaft and I usually just pull them out. It feels as if it's connected to something while pulling. It has left marks on the left side a long time ago from pulling them out. I have NO idea what this is and was hoping someone has seen this before. I believe this is the reason I grow bumps on my shaft, and as you can see I grow hair up around the shaft also. I was thinking maybe I can pull it out and get it tested or something. I think this has made my shaft look awful. First pic is of the growths I get the second in from permanent holes/scars I got pulling them out when I was a teen. Also anyway to get rid of those indented scar like bumps? If anyone has a idea what this could be or any suggestions please let me know. Thanks. Seriously, just looks like a white head from a clogged pore. Hell, I have had them for as long as I can remember also. Every once in a while a bump on my sack will get a little inflamed or larger than normal and I can squeeze it and it excretes the same looking substance. I think you might just have acne.
