The Dermal Grafts (Krakovsky) were placed over unknown remnants of alloderm, and simultaneously absorbed (causing retraction) and created a pocket for major infection between the Dermal Grafts and partially necrotic alloderm. Dr Elist did a great job of removing all the alloderm and Dermal Grafts, however my penis was severely compromised and I developed a biofilm infection on his silicone implant that was helping to stretch my severely retracted penis back out of it's 'shell', necessitating it's Removal, more retraction, and loss of sensation. Not 'pretty'...trust me! PMMA seems like a popular PE 'agent' on this website, however I am left to decide between an IPP only approach, or combining an IPP with Dr Elist's seemingly more viable silicone implant as a 'blocker' aimed at preventing retraction, and hopefully adding a little Girth in the process. A good friend of mine on FrankTalk.org (which specializes in severe ED discussions, including IPP doctors) also recommends Dr Eid. I am meeting later this month with Dr Elist, and will try to set up a 'cyber consultation' with Dr Eid. Another concern I have is that I am still in my 50's, and I worry about the 'life expectancy' of an IPP, relative to my own personal life expectancy...and sure don't want to go through this twice. I can't force you to do it. You've said you aren't Chad and we can't prove otherwise. However, I'm still keen to know why thinking you are Chad and accusing you of being him is stupid? You seem utterly resistant to acknowledging that your story is pretty much identical to Chad's and that the odds of 2 people having the surgical history are very slim. You must be aware of Chad's message board presence as you straight away new the MNS connection, so will be aware of his "angry" posting style and thus must see the similarities there. As a proclaimed "victim" of Chad, in the sense you got led into having bad surgery by him, you'd know his shilling style, so the fact you mentioned your bad original implant experience doesn't in the slightest way suggest you aren't him. We aren't going to be able to prove you are him, but can't you do something Chad was never able to do and take a few deep breaths, calm down and reflect for a moment? Surely you can see that there is nothing stupid about believing you to be him. You claim to have been mislead by him enough times that if you really aren't him, you'd know that it's pointless asking someone if they are him or not, as he'd just lie through his teeth. I can link to another forum where we see him doing exactly that and accusing people of conspiracy theories, just as you have here. If you truly aren't him, I don't get why the attitude! In other circumstances, I can understand people getting angry over "false" accusations, but anyone who has encountered Chad Hedman would understand. You are the resident expert on the similarities between mine, Chad's, and any other men's very likely similar surgical histories, complications, etc. Further, and to your point, I have consistently acknowledged my failed surgery with Dr Elist...stipulate that he made statements and promises unsupported by the facts...get the fact that placing a static object in a dynamic organ does not make common or medical sense...and would NOT ever consider Elist's implant as anything other than a possible block against the penile retraction that often accompanies IPP surgery...again, as I stated in my original post, which set you off on your 'witch hunt'. It does not make me either Chad or a 'shill' to acknowledge that through years of unconscionable trial and error, Elist may have actually learned from some of his many errors, and thereby factually reduced his complication and failure rates...as told to me by a doctor who no longer works for Dr Elist, and yet remains in contact with the surgery center he uses and several patients who he has tried to help, like myself. Although Dr Elist's mindset and motivation may remain largely flawed, and the same, it is entirely feasible (and perhaps even likely) that his 'batting average' has improved, as it couldn't have gotten much worse. Again, I may very well ultimately decide to use one of the 'IPP only' doctors that FrankTalk.org positively and supportively suggested (as a 'non-profit', they cannot technically 'recommend' individual doctors)...all without falsely accusing, demeaning, or disrespecting me. All I was seeking, unsuccessfully, to do here was to complete my due diligence before making the most informed decision possible...instead of unintentionally refueling the anger, hatred, paranoia, and negative vitriol that many here still clearly feel for a guy that I have chosen to move on beyond, and instead focus on a positive, constructive approach to trying to heal myself physically and emotionally. As someone who has recently had a dermal fat graft removed, and still healing - I can't imagine alloderm, dermal fat grafts and silicone going in and out of my penis. Do you mind me asking what caused the most trauma to your penis - the insertion operations or the Removal operations? Also with the alloderm and the fat graft was graft death the reason for the Removal? I am asking because I am still healing and trying to stay positive. As I've already told you, your surgical history, in terms of procedures, complications and the Dr's who performed them is the same as Chad's. Not only that but within your initial post there is a claim that Elist's complication rate is lower now and you've outlined a reason to get his implant. That used to be Chad's job. All I can say is that to anyone who reads this thread, please do not for one second consider getting the Elist implant. Don't allow yourself to start thinking along the lines of "well it makes sense his complication rate would lower over time." It's still a solid silicone implant into a dynamic organ and thus will forever be a flawed concept. If you have or are considering an IPP implant, again, don't even consider the Elist option. At some point the implant will be removed and you will be left with a scar capsule. Yet you constantly throw insults and demean other posters. You seem to have got it into your head as if you are being singled out unfairly. You used the analogy: "that sounds like the guy at the airport baggage claim insisting that this bag must be his, because it's the black one.." But that's not really a very accurate analogy is it? In this case the bag would have been tags on it from several airports, in a specific order and a broken handle and very specific mark on the side, making is seem totally unique. That's the point you seem to be missing, whilst calling me stupid and paranoid. You claim that, "a reasonable person would reciprocally 'acknowledge' that scores of men were having the same failed 'PE' procedures, with the same doctors, during the same timeframes," and I would very reasonably acknowledge that. However, the simple fact you had a poor surgery with one of those Dr's during that period isn't what arises suspicion. What makes me very suspicious, is you had several of same surgeries as Chad with the same Dr's in the same order and with the same complications. Let's look at the time frames here. Chad had Alloderm with Rheinchild literally weeks before he stopped working with TotalMaleEnhancement. So if he led you into that surgery you'd have had to have been one of the last patients Rheinchild performed Alloderm on. So your claim on scores of men goes out the window. Several months after his first surgery Chad was on PE site's planning a second procedure but with Rheinchild. He then got banned from most sites. He turned up a few months later with the first incarnation of MNS, when he and Dan were suddenly promoting Dr Wineland. But this lasted literally a couple of months. Apparently Wineland couldn't get insured or something like that. So the odds of being led into Alloderm surgery with Rheinchild and then Wineland are very small, given the short windows of time the procedures were available with those Dr's. Anyway, after that MNS closed down, the next time Chad was heard of was on the old yahoo group saying his Alloderm had hardened. Then a new version of MNS popped up and the Dr he was backing was Krakovsky. Krakovsky removed the Alloderm and put in dermal graft. His dermal graft got infected and Chad and Dr K had a falling out. Then someone on the yahoo group said Chad was working with a relatively unknown surgeon called Dr Elist. With a few weeks the site was suddenly inundated with Elist patients. Chad himself then went on to have reconstructive surgery with Elist. So we aren't talking about a run of surgeries and complications that would have happened with literally scores of men. We are talking about what any reasonable person would have deduced to be a unique PE history. So with that in mind and given the carnage Chad had caused, is it really stupid or paranoid to be suspicious of you? It's not as if we can just ask "are you Chad Hedman" and take your word for it, as Chad Hedman would just lie. So we have to puch and probe. I don't see why you'd have a particular problem with that if you really are Chad victim. Even if you felt offended initially surely it would be normal to calm down and understand the situation.
