You're sort of right. GSXR is the longest reporting Dr. C patient as well as the first progress reporter of PMMA on this forum. But if it were just technically the longest a member's had PMMA in their penis, then Hoddle would be correct in citing Smartman. A lot of the first and second wave of PMMA pioneers as I used to coin it way back (forum members who "took one for the team" in order to report back on the success or failure of PMMA) are now all roughly 4 years post-op from their first procedure. Coincidentally, this month of May marks 4 years post-op for me as well. And I'm glad & relieved to report no complications to date. Not all clinics charge the same price. I think Biigbizo (can't remember exact name) gained the most in one round. Hard to say what the average gain is, but these days it doesn't seem to be that much from my observation.
