So, yes, they are doing autologous fat transfer. Actually, all fat transfers are technically autologous by definition. And it appears that they are doing lig cutting, as well. They just say they have a new technique for it. Anytime someone mentioned fat transfer and a new technique, it's just marketing. If fat transfers really worked well and consistently, then the scope goes way, way beyond penis enlargement. It would be the most popular procedure in all of a plastic surgery. Why bother with temporary fillers of silicone implants when your own far can successfully be transferred? It's almost like the holy grail of a plastic surgery - the perfect filler. That being said, let's get on with the topic of discussion. I am well aware of the more popular treatments such as PMMA and so on. I am wondering,however, if any of you have ever seen this surgeon in Germany: Penis Lengthening: [ www.deutsches-zentrum-urologie.com/en/Pe...nis-lengthening.html](http://www.deutsches-zentrum-urologie.com/en/Penis-enlargement-surgery-surgical-technique-for-penis-lengthening.html) Penis Widening: [ www.deutsches-zentrum-urologie.com/en/Pe...-for-thickening.html](http://www.deutsches-zentrum-urologie.com/en/Penis-enlargement-surgery-surgical-technique-for-thickening.html) For penis lengthening, they seem to use a method that is NOT ligament cutting; it is difficult for me to explain, but basically they seem to be changing the "ratio" of the internal and external penis so that more "visible" penis is shown. For penis widening, they use fat transfer. They make it a specific point to say that it is NOT the same as autologous fat transfer, and that they take fat from a person's thigh, cleanse it and do other stuff to it before it is ready for insertion. From my point of view, it seems very promising. I am also happy that it is in Germany, which I'm sure has excellent medical services and standards. I've actually read somewhere that Germany is the penis enlargement capital of the world -most penis enlargement surgeries occur there! They are asking for a lot though as a combined lengthening and widening surgery costs around 10000 Euro. If this does work as advertised (and is safe), then I actually think it is a cheap price to pay. I know it seems skeptical, but I implore members to take 5 minutes to read it the following pages; especially the more veteran members of this website. They just say they have a new technique for it. I got the same impression from both articles. It seems like a re-wording to distance their techniques from already existing ones. There may be some innovation or uniquness with their lengthening (not sure what they mean by "restructuring the front internal ligaments" but am betting it's ultimately a severing) but the objective of changing ratios of inner & outer penis is the same objective all lengthening procedures have. And as for the fat transfer...again, unless there are successful "modern techniques" that we aren't aware of, it will ultimately re-absorb. Notice they say "long lasting" and not "permanent." This means that it will eventually dissipate. This isn't necessarily a bad thing since you could conceivably have the procedure again but the only issue I see here is uneven re-absorption. Besides, there was no clear indication as to what long-lasting really means (they knocked traditional fat transfers for having a 6 month window...so what is considered long-lasting)? Unless there are indeed innovative techniques being introduced, the actual procedures being performed aren't new. More investigation will have to be done about their specific techniques, and it would be nice if they could explain to us (if anyone chooses to inquire) maybe visually or in more clearer terms the following: By inserting the patient's own tissue sideways, we create a new anchor-point for the foremost section at the site of the actual lengthening using suture techniques and materials specially developed by us (no foreign tissue such as silicone or similar is used), which straightens the internal path of the penis that was previously sloped and bent.We make use of a special geometrical feature here: By straightening the internal path of the penis we produce an extra length, in fact two extra lengths (a slope and a bend into a straight line), which combine to lengthen the penis. What we actually do is alter the ratio between the internal and external sections to enlarge the outer part, your visible 'penis'. Forget about any surgery, they're a waste of your .money & will cause you severe mental pain & physical pain......you ate goi g down a very slippery slope. Maybe Dr Anthony Atala starts surgery on penile lengthening in 5 or 10 years from now by growing a penis for you from your own cells in a lab as he's already done for rabbits & other animals. Its a long wait, but will be well worth it.......as for now, just use an extender to stretch it for several hours a day, they do work for some to most guys.
