i was the definition of a Grower and got good results. had some inflammation but all ended well

Undecided, what makes you think that? There are several accounts on here where members have had uneven distribution, but have managed to correct it with further procedures. Have you described your outcome to the Dr? Perhaps you can achieve more filler for the top-half after a round 2.

getting around prgue isnt difficult.

lots of taxi drivers speak some english,
all i did was wrote down the addresses of my hotel and the clinic in nice bold letters for taxi drivers to read.
hotel staff generally speak good english, bars and restaurants too.

learn to say, hello, yes, no, please and thankyou. and you'll be fine.
trying to explain stuff to Dr Nemeckova can be more difficult.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread here, I just feel like this is relevant to the topic, and didn't want to make a new thread for one question. Olafspo, my understanding is that you are English-speaking (as in, it is your native tongue). How difficult was it to get around in Prague without speaking the language? I am from the east coast of the U.S. and I still think it is more economical for me to travel to Prague for this procedure. But realistically, I would be spending a day or two in Prague before returning to the states.
