One important criteria in assessing Metafill is whether this substance yields predictable results. We need to look at how many patients have had this done and what was their satisfaction rate. My initial observation is that Metafill is unstable, it seems to yield uneven results and depends on a lot of aftercare by the patient. I am skeptical of any doctor who posts on his website that if the results aren't positive then it's the patients fault. Sounds to me like there have been many unsatisfied customers. Some fillers might be great under perfect circumstances but how many times does that happen? So i'm still hoping we will hear a lot of positive stories on Metafill not because i want to try it but because it opens up another choice for all of us. I pumped for years, sometimes more regularly, sometimes months off...but I think pumping ( constant skin stretching from expansion and extra fluid buildup ) gave me some extra skin. Dr. N told me several times that it is very easy to inject me the PMMA and that there is 'good room'. Im now day 14 after the injection. His clinic is in gangnam-gu, and he seems reliable and doesnt try to sell me any procedures. he currently only performs injections, and he recommends megafill and Hyaluronic Acid ( i couldnt remember the brand, as i was too nervous at that time ;/) I wanted to do Ligamentolysis, and he advised me against it, saying stretching is enough and the surgery will cause scars and make the penis shorter, which aligns with what most members mentioned on here. i even wanted to do pubic liposuction, and he kinda laughed me off as i dont have a big fat pad to start with. Anyway, he offered the option of doing just megafill (4X 7ml) for usd 4100 or megafill+ Hyaluronic Acid (3X7ml + 11ml) for usd 4200. i went for the combo as I though Hyaluronic Acid will help mold the megafill. he used a cannula and made only a single injection at the base. the wound hole healed very quickly the next day and the swelling subsided after a few days. He asked to stretch and massage regularly for 2 weeks. i did get an increase in Girth of about .8 to 1 Inch, but some of the mixture clumped at the base and i have to massage it aggressively to dissipate it. The aesthetic is pretty good, no uneven surfaces or nodules, but it is not completely settled yet. My only concern is how long it lasts, although dr kim said the megafill is permanent, and the Hyaluronic Acid lasts for 2-3 years, which sounds pretty good to me. what do you guys think? When I read Dr Kims site, I guessed that he'd be mixing HA with Megafill, otherwise it wouldn't be in any different to Cymtera and we know that isn't good for volume filling. So I doubt Megafill on it's own would have been a good option. I think the HA to an extent acts like a carrier, but also makes it more malleable. You might find that what you think is HA is also swelling, making it move more and not feel as rigid as it will. Others have reported that HA does move, but even so, if it is combined with swelling, you can expect it to improve. Also, don't forget, you can have HA dissolved, so it's easy to remove. No surgery, just a painless injection. My penis is more rigid now, and the HA did not seem to affect the firmness, sex felt great as well. I have lost about .1-.2' of Girth, which may be from the swelling or the HA, but my Erect Dick looks like what comes out of penomet everytime, which is great. I have used water pump quite a bit in the past. In terms of permanency its probably too soon to tell, and I have been Hanging everyday as well to gain some length, then I will probably go for PMMA in Prague next year Can someone tell me the website and the email of Dr N? Rosenthals Belloderm results aren't very good in my opinion. For some reason he has a good reputation around here. I'd be more tempted by Dr Solomons widening procedure if you want a dermal matrix graft. He said that HA could work in synergy and provides lubrication, i guess it helps with the molding. I wouldnt say that the gains are great for the price, im down to 0.5 to 0.8' gain now (more gains at bottom of shaft). but its good to know that the materials are completely biocompatible. I'd love to see some photo's. Could you start of progress report and keep us updated? Our members are always interested in following new methods. He said that this is permanent? Cymetra, in my online look up has come up as temporary, lasting around 6 months, is this what megafill is or am I completely lost and it's something else? Does it act like Temp scaffolding for your own tissues to build around, thereby making it permanent? If so how does it differ from alloderm where a lot of guys had no gains once it dissolved? I take it nodules are less likely because it is human tissues. There could finally be an alternative to PMMA!
