Dr. C said it's harder to do with the penis Erect. He didn't elaborate much. I just asked him - because my Urologist said he'd show me how to use the caverject injections so I could get the filler done (he assumed it would be Erect too - and that the filler was USA based Restylane....). I called the office to ask if I needed to bring caverject (and nobody here seemed to use it) and they said no. I asked again in person and he just said it's very hard to do when it's Erect. I would suppose the Erection makes the tissue envelope much tighter and thinner - and it's more risky and tough to get the PMMA in. Anyway, Caverject doesn't give the best boner anyway unless you're sexually stimulated.

Shit if that's the case, any interested members can pay for my gas, and a couple hundred dollars and i'll take you to and from Tijuana (sentri pass style), explain personal hygiene & wrapping technique, provide fine dinning in Tj or SD, and a few senoritas if you're interested. We'll call it the Uncle Titto of Penile Enhancement Services. Hoddle i've had first had knowledge of his acrylic cylinder pumps, he first gave me a prototype held together by marine epoxy and the inter chamber was all scratched. That one broke and he then provided me with a 2nd acrylic cylinder and this time it was all scratched inside and out, it looked seriously used. I called him out on it and demanded a refund, he admitted that it was a return and cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol...really? really kiddo? With any of this 2nd used equipment it would need to be autoclaved! Any surg tech would know that glass, acrylic, or steel used in this fashion would need to be properly sterilized, not sanitized! Since i have insight to his business ethics, i wouldn't trust him to fix a tire. Most people rarely change their ethics or attitude over time. Buyer exercise caution with dan salas.

I like the idea of this. I might do it in a few months. I have sent them an email for more information. I think this doctor is in the same building as Dr. C.

Yeah I don't much about Dan's past but he has been more than helpful answering my concerns and questions about the Erect procedure within 24 hours of an email. I email Dr. C or Wade, 8 days ago and still haven't heard back... pretty ridiculous considering I shelled out 2,500 for a deformed penis, the least they could do is answer my question in a timely manner

I am highly considering having a 4th and hopefully final procedure with Dr. Camacho. When my penis is Erect the issues can all been seen easier and the base area can be filled easier. I feel this procedure makes more sense and can cause less bunch up of the product. I'm still considering all options including going back to Dr. Cho or Dr. Casavantes.

I wish we could get some reports of people having the procedure with Dr. Camacho. Maybe in the coming months some people will make a progress report

The forum has already establish that in the past, as little as a few years ago, Dan Salas conducted himself in a less than credible fashion. His work ethic, lies, and untrustworthy past should be taken with caution. SO and I have discussed at length the sketchy business practices of Salas and there are archives on this forum on the topic of Dan Salas and his history in the Male Enhancement hobby. Do your homework friends, don't trust anyone who sells you the answers you're looking for before venting them out. Dan Salas is just another Pirelli with your average vocational school surg tech education. I question if his services are even necessary.

ps- anything w/ Dan Salas attached to it always smells like piss, his stretchers are crap, he recycles his returns (they're not even autoclaved after they've been in circulation).

Didn't dcpimpin12 have a bad experience with Dr Camacho where he did not even shave him prior to having surgery and he got a bad infection that would not go away for a long time? I certainly hope nobody is going to rush into having this procedure.

Everyone has their own opinions, and I have read most of the stuff about Dan Salas, and I still believe he is a good guy and worth it (I would personally prefer the LG Hanger to his Hanging device however, since I have read heaps of reviews and everything is positive, and great quality), But the main thing is Dr Comacho (since he is actually the one who will be doing stuff to your Dick), and Dr Cassaventes reccomends him, and I think that is a positive sign.

Notwhatiusedtobe, I realize some potential clients want someone to hold their hand for them every step of the way. Maybe this stems from embarking in new territory, fear, or a norman bates syndrome. But if you or any other potential client/ future patient wanted that much TLC through the enhancement process any senior member here with multiple PMMA experience, lig cut experience, and hanging/stretching experience could offer his personal time to you at 1/2 the cost of what Dan Salas charges. Dan is worse than a run down porn star trying to get on any set that will take her ass. This is how pathetic his background is, he's burned bridges with nearly a dozen different Cosmetic, general practice surgeons, and urologists. There's was one point where on his old website he had a new doctor that he endorsed every month. I've met Dan on a few occasions and told Dr. Knight, that my general impression of Salas felt more like a salesman in sheep's skin, and didn't feel like a legitimate healthcare professional. Knight's exact words were, if I felt comfortable working with Knight, I can exclusively communicate with him and his nursing staff, he also made it clear that Salas was not a Registered Nurse, and was not a Physician, and with that lack of professional experience, lacks the medical & scientific knowledge to answer appropriate questions "hence why i was always deferred back to Dr. Knight". Dan is a licensed or retired surgical tech, a vocational training that takes weeks, to months to complete. They do not cover wound care management, post operative care, anatomy & physiology or microbiology the way a nurse, or surgical physician assistant would. Hell an emergency department EMT has more knowledge on wound care management, and splinting technique than any surgical tech. I can't tell you how many homeless people come into our emergency rooms with infected diabetic ulcers and its the staff EMTs providing wound care under the ER doc or PAs supervision. Bottom line you get what you pay for, Mexico is not second rate medicine (for the most part), it strongly depends upon what medical school the practicing physician received their education. Some mexican medical students graduate from a vocational type medical school: 1) because they don't have the money to attend an international ranked medical school or 2) they don't have the grades or 3) they don't have their undergraduate degree. Medical schools in latin america pop up like the vocational nursing programs we have here in the united states. My long point i'm trying to make is that education with experience will provide you a sounder peace of mind in the team that's taking care of you. Wade, a healthcare provider most of us are all familar with, is at least a trained Registered nurse with floor care, ICU, and now cosmetic dermatology experience, educated here in the states. A trained nurse in mexico, is equivalent to a trained cna (certified nurse assistant) to LVN here in the states. And lord knows i could talk about mexico's EMS system! Vent out every professional service out there, their training, their education, where they graduated. You don't want some DIY self described penile enhancement expert tampering with your life, because that's who Dan Salas is. Natural selection is at work here if you don't take that warning to heart. Bueno Suerte

I talked to Dan for a bit . Here's some of what we talked about:

One of my main aesthetic problems is the circ area, so we talked about that.

- They put 30% in the circ area. Not 10%
- I didn't ask if they will do it Flaccid, but the Erect approach seems like it will help get the product in more evenly (and btw, you don't get super hard, Dan confirmed this - I had this stuff before - you get like a 60-80% Erection). Then, they wrap it post op - similar to how it was wrapped after my Peyronies surgery - so the penis is Flaccid but is wrapped stretched - basically as close to the EL as possible, held by coban. Wade isn't a fan of it bc he says it can make lines in the penis and make the PMMA irregular. Dr. Casavantes used to use coban, and wade used to wrap - then they stopped.
- Camacho only makes 1 entry point, max 2 for long penises. So, there's less leaking out of tighter areas like the circ area where my PMMA was being pushed out relentlessly...though Casavantes can move around his entry points.

They thought the 1 entry point might also help my issue with lack of gains...bc he thinks I lost a lot of PMMA - though Dr. N only uses 1 entry point and has had patients with low gains. I am concerned about 30% in the circ area due to nodules. I'm not sure if they've experienced this or not.

They are more expensive than Casavantes - not so much for round 1 - but especially for me who is on R3. Also, looking at the boards - there aren't many guys here who have gone to him. I'm not sure if they'll do the day 2 follow ups with extra PMMA, massage, etc...Dan seemed to feel the wrap would make massage unnecessary though I didn't get into it in great detail. it's hard when you get used to things one way to suddenly go to someone else...who can be better or worse - who knows. I get the sense that Casavantes has done a lot more penile PMMA than camacho... but im not sure.

I'm waiting to hear back if they can get Linnea safe - then it will probably be worth it do go to Camacho - for me...but still, I'd like to hear from other patients and it doesn't seem like there are any at all. I don't read the other boards as much, though.

yeah I have emailed dr c's office about 5 different times (over a few months) for the log in to their before and after photo section and never get a reply. (not that that reflects their work, but is still annoying). were you happy with your experience with dr Cho? thanks. I am sure we will eventually get reviews from people of dr camacho

Regardless of Dan's involvement, I think it's good there is another Dr to choose from trying a slightly different approach.

It sounds like Cialis will probably prove to be a better option than carverject though. If, as Sizemic says a partial Erection is advantageous and if Dr C thinks a full Erection makes things harder, then Cialis could be used to ensure some blood flow down there. Even so, given how much PMMA seems to change in the the weeks following the procedure, you have to wonder if in the long run it makes any difference. Let's face it, once a 6" Erect penis becomes Flaccid, the PMMA is going to compress.

I think an Erection might help if the patient is going back for a second round and has a very specific aesthetic issue that needs some attention, that is much more obvious in the Erect state. By being Erect it should mean the Dr is able to specifically target that dent, ridge or whatever the issue might be and then apply a compression dressing to the surrounding area to ensure it stays in place.

jimmyjames wrote: Hoddle10, I think they already did that video promotion but I will run it by Dan because you are absolutely right that this would be an opportunity for the company to shine if I got great results and documented it thoroughly. I will direct Dan to this post to see if they are interested. Even if they are not, I would be sure to document everything for the forum if I have the procedure. I could sure use a big discount though..I never expected to be spending this much, I'll end up spending double or triple of what I budgeted for.

But that's worthless to us. It's easy to inject the stuff and we don't know the guy getting it done. With you it would be totally different. You have very specific issues that could really prove the validity of the method. Also we know and trust you, so your progress during the recovery period and first couple of months, is worth so much more than some random guy coming along and saying "look how great my results was with Phallocare."

If you direct Dan to this post, I'm sure he'll realize there are massive advantages to Phallocare for doing your procedure for free, as long they closely record it, so we can really see Dr C-M targeting the uneven areas and the advantage of doing this in the Erect state.

To add, the last few times I was in for procedures I'd get from around 25-50% hard... Even though I couldn't feel anything other than slight pain at times I'd get a good chub going... Dr. C said it was easier to work with like that (not completely Flaccid) but he mentioned that you wouldn't want a full blown Erection either. Makes sense, a slight semi keeps things from retracting but still is easy to manoeuvre and work with.
