im so sorry for the delay guys I promise I will update soon. after an emotional roller coaster the outcome was not what I expected. and sometimes we do things without thinking but my psychiatrist and my therapist we are working hard to over come this bad taste that was left in my mouth. waking up and realizing that I wont be 7 and half is a hard pill to swallow. knowing that I lost even more length after that is a bigger pill to swallow. all my hopes and dreams flush down the toilet. now I must start all over again with my stretcher and weights and hope for the best. I did take the easy route during my surgery I did take like 5 percocets to feel good but its all in ur head u feel good for a day or so and then the nightmare comes back to ur head. sure u get the easy way out taking some percs and getting high but for what? to wake up again with the bad taste in ur mouth that u are not big enough to satisfy? the only good thing about this surgery Is that I went from 5.0 Girth to 6 Inch Girth all around. I asked my doctor and he told me the Girth is permanent because of the way he positioned the cylinder to make it more thicker. I don't know if its true or not but since than im back at 5 and half Inch Girth... well its better than 5 Inch Girth I guess... the length im not happy about but I will get more on that later. thanks for reading.

After a google search of about 10 seconds of my day, I found this:
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22429331 Sounds like a good place to start your reading on this procedure. The method described is pretty straight and to the point.

If it didn't go to well I would think that's something that should been shared with the forum. Good or bad. That's what the threads are for. You can't go in thinking that your only going to be sharing good news with people. Just like me I've lost length after my success with gaining. And even though I felt defeated about it, I felt it my duty to let you Guys know the ups and downs of PE. Jus my $0.02

ok here is my long over due update on my surgery with dr Valenzuela after the tunica lengthening I had a infection was in pain for about a month or so. after the surgery didn't really seen major gain in length as I was probably the same length how ever I did saw increase in Girth. out of surgery I was 6 Inch Girth at first I thought maybe its just the swollen but my doctor told me he has positioned the implant in a way that would give me more Girth. and that I wasn't going to lose the Girth. well after a few months I have lost some but I assume some of it was swollen. I am right now standing at 5.5 Girth. and as far as length well I am very disappointed. I am 5 and half to 6 inches depending on how I feel. I have some pictures I would like to share with yall now that everything is done. I am infection free now 100% after the surgery I hit a serious depression as I thought I would never gain the length that I wanted. now I gave up on length kind of but am focusing on going for more Girth. if I cant be 7 inches in length atleast I want to be 6.5 inches in Girth. here are my lately pictures that I took just now

I read that page but didn't understand much of it, especially how it would work for someone without peryronies

what were some of the risks you were told about? he said you will get 7.5'', what are your current measurements? cheers
