But there were no negative side effects. The area looks perfectly natural and doesn't feel bony. I wasn't fat though really and only had it done as it cost so little (300 euros extra on top of what I paying for PLGA scaffolds.) I'm surprised you didn't gain anything visible, unless there wasn't much fat. Plus, my doc said they have to leave a little fat behind or they risk lumps and unevenness. Did you ever ask them about why there wasn't a change? ttexasrr - all my reading on this says the pain is only the first few days but the swelling lasts a long time - especially there. With lipo in general, they say that once the main swelling is gone, it still comes and goes for a couple months. The pain might be less with vaser lipo (versus standard tumescent which has been around forever) but that's debatable. The main advice I've heard is just to go to the best surgeon and not worry about the type of lipo. I am curious how swollen and painful it was too, if you could tell apart from the PLGA scaffolds. I store my fat in my abdomen mostly (which essentially includes the mons). So, I lose weight in my face, ass, arms, and legs - before I ever lose weight there. I went to one plastic surgeon for evaluation, and he said it made sense to do what I wanted, especially given my size loss. He warned of 2-6 months swelling in the mons particularly (and RealSelf has similar stories). Does anyone have any advice on this? I'm curious how your results were and if you really got visible length out of it. Does it leave the remaining pubic area too bony and strange looking? Most docs find super wet (tumescent) to be the best...it's an older technique - but vaser and ultrasonic haven't proven themselves to be that much better - at least according to the docs I've seen. If anyone else has experience, please let me know.I'd combine the mons with lower abs and flanks so it wasn't some weird dip of tissue right around the penis area...and it would take up to a year to flatten out completely...but most of the healing is in the first few months. This would have to be done before dr. C so he could see the full shaft. If I combine lipo and traction - I may be able to get into the 6-6.5" visible EL... so that's a big deal...especially before PMMA. Thanks. The surgery lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes I had local anesteshia and sedation, my andrologist took away fat from my pubis and around the base of my penis and as a matter of fact he had to cut a big piece of skin away from my pubis too so he put dissolvable stiches and some metal clips on the cut, it wasn't painfull I had the surgery three weeks ago and now I can do some sport again and after twoo weeks and half have sex. My pubis is still bruised so the underneath tissue around my penis is still a bit stiff and skin isn't so sensitive on the right side yet there's no a real scar but a small fold on my pubis. I feel fine I'm still taking some antinflammatories but I think it will take time to make the swelling go down. I'm afraid I don't have picture of my penis before surgery and the situation is still improving maybe is better to wait a little bit before posting photos. I did have a difference between BPEL and NBEL, but it was largely due to the skin at tge base being pulled away from the pubic bone. There wasn't much fat between the skin and bone, so when it was removed it didn't make much difference. The skin was still pulled forward slightly. I never asked why there wasn't a change, but I'm sure it's for the reasons I've just stated. But I was never bothered as the lipo was a last minute decision and was so cheap. It just wasn't my main concern before or after. I had lots of issue's post op that were much more pressing than not seeing obvious gains from the lipo and they were what I focused on. I was slightly sore. I wouldn't say it was painful, but definitely uncomfortable for a while. The scaffolds only hurt when I had erections at night. So the lipo was, for most of the time, the worst part, but still very tolerable.
